Mercedes-Benz built its first all-wheel drive vehicle more than 100 years ago. Its first all-wheel drive passenger sedan, an E-class, was introduced in 1987 and today the company offers about 50 models with 4Matic. The newest, the CLS luxury sedan, is at home on snow as any SUV.
