can you buy the markers in a set? And what is the device called that you put the stamps on? The whitsy?

Copic Markers can be bought in sets, however, I didn't purchase the ones I used today in a set and don't know if they all come together or not. You might check Simon Says Stamp to see if they carry a set of markers similar.
