You totally inspired me! I didn't have your stamps, so I used my old Cricut to cut out a paper doll, a bicycle and layers of grass. My sentiment on the front was "Guess What?". The pull out strip said, "I Wheelie love you!" It's going in the mail to my 3 year old granddaughter tomorrow. Thanks for all your great ideas!

Whew! I just got done trying to make this card and thought it was very difficult. Jumped right into this one without trying something simpler at first, my big mistake. It would be great to have a rating system, like one to three stars for "easy", intermediate, and difficult...just a thought. It's hard to get the stilts just right, it's hard to shade colors, and so this card might be considered more challenging? My bike kept getting caught on the grass, so guess the little girl wasn't high enough. Going to try again tomorrow...

Thank you, thank you for including the reminder tip on how to cut out the stamps with the dies. I just got a Big Shot Plus last week and am having a ball with it, but couldn't cut out my stamped images correctly. It made some pretty neat shadowing for the script lettering, though. 😄 I have another newbie question: does it hurt the machine if you flip the sandwich upside down (die on top of paper rather than beneath) like you do? Sizzix recommends it below the paper, but I like your way better...I can see it going through. I don't want to jeopardize my machine, though. Is it just knowing the bottom plate will get marked up and adjusting that way? Thanks for your videos. You have inspired me and gotten me back into paper crafting again!

Jeannie S i forgot the name of it but there's one specific ink Jennifer suggests (or the one suggesting it could be Kristina Werner too I don't exactly remember) with the shading I can suggest thinking about where the light would hit on an object and in which parts it would cast a shadow, try imagining the real life version of what you're coloring under lighting in specific angles
