Thank you for the in depth video. I started using dermatica based on your recommendation, easily more than 2 years ago, I didn't know prescription skincare was even a thing. I'm still using it now. I also took advantage of your current body code last year and bought a led mask, which I also love. I think it'll be the spf purchase next 😅 X

Have to admit, I saw you have hotel style sheets on your bed and remembered you mentioned optimising your bed/ sleeping situation in a previous video. Thanks Jo! The sheets are from Bedfolk and Dusk, super comfy. In terms of optimisation for sleep, we have an 8 Sleep mattress, it's not cheap but it is fantastic. Hope that helps xx
