Philadelphia Fire Department Ladder 23 fire truck responding urgently with blasts of AIR HORN, Q siren and strobe lights from their quarters in Chinatown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA), United States of America (USA).
Notice how FAST they are to turnout from the tones sounding at 0:00 to out the door at 0:44.
My thanks to Ladder 23 and Engine 20 for welcoming me and my fellow fire buffs from Philadelphia - especially allowing me to try the Q siren for the first time (being British we don't have them where I'm from).
