Nice man! There is just something about the look and smell of leather man! Going to be a great build!
Thank you Dave
And just think this is only part of the cosplay. Once it's all put together it's going to be awesome!
Let’s hope I can get it together time running out fast lol Celebration bound !!!!
Wow great job
Thanks
Rad project and video Dennis. Maybe it’s just the brown coat in me, but I definitely felt a Capt Reynolds presence here
Well garland I can assure you that you are completely….. Correct Malcom was a major influence in my research !!!
@@blackmarketoutpost that’s awesome. Not sure if you crossed the “foolfly” playlist in UA-cam or not…but your project reminded me a lot of their projects…And that’s a good thing.

👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you
I envy you attending Star Wars Celebration. I hope you have an amazing time. Great work on your costume bits in this video. You amaze me with your acquisition of skills. I look forward to each video, wondering "what's next".
Thank you so much I will have the vest and hopefully the boots in my next video !!
That turned out brilliant. Can't wait to see it in person.
Yes I hope we have the opportunity to meet up in a few weeks !
Overall a fairly nice build, especially liked the buckle. Is that a made or purchased part? I would suggest staining the leather first and applying the rivets and hardware last. This ensures that there are no 'bright' spots around the fasteners to show through. Good color matching too. I am a (very) amateur leather crafter and always looking to improve my projects. Nice holster!
First ever attempt all rookie mistakes lol
Great video. Cant wait to see the whole cosplay put together!!
Thanks
Such a great video man, love the editing the music and the prop!! well done 😊
Thank you for all the help along the way
Amazing work Dennis!! Love how this turned out! Can’t wait to see it with your whole outfit man!
Thank you sir
May the 4th be with you! Excellent looking holster. Really like how you integrated everything together.
Thank you 🙏🏻
You are astonishing at repurposing "found" items (deodorant bottle speeder, anyone?), so I need to ask if you have any thoughts on using the discarded frames from my replaced windshield wipers? It seems like too much raw material to waste. I like to Star Wars-ify my everyday life with decor items, but I also would love to make fake hand props like the tools Chewie uses on the Falcon, or that Cal Kestis used to repair BD-1. Vehicles, weapons or diorama ideas or suggestions would be very welcome!!! I have only basic tools, so far, but I'm getting a basic Dremel added to my hobbying very soon. You are such an inspiration, I thought I'd ask for your help in maybe not letting these bits go to waste. ( I hope to use the worn out blades as grips on a DIY lightsaber hilt soon).
Thank you so much Em Dee we have a fantastic builders room on Facebook called the Star Wars room builders group you should join we are a fun group and off lots of help and knowledge to new builders I think that the frames of wipers would make excellent Star wars tools !!!
