- Our egg layers are just over six weeks old and out growing the brooder. We move them into the ChickShaw and Premier1 electric net in an old pig paddock to help make the pasture greener.

I hope you have no more losses. Glad the possum was stopped in the net.
Nice video. Hate you lost two chickens but it’s really bad in the south for hawks
I’m seeing that now, they are all over. I don’t think I saw one before we put the birds out but maybe I just didn’t pay attention.
I like how your kid is helping to with you guys that's very nice lots of chickens thank you for posting 👍🏻✌🏻
You dident say did you catch the one chicken that excaped the night before ???ok you said you lost two
We did catch it. That was not one that we lost. We lost two others the first day they were out on pasture to a hawk.
How much cleared land are you working with ? It looks like a lot of land, your hard work will pay off. God bless and be safe
We probably had 6 acres of overgrown pasture when we go here. I have probably cleared 1.5-2 acres of brambles since we’ve been here. So maybe 8 total so far. Lots more left to clear.
