I have no words to explain what I just watched in that game! I feel like I no longer use football as an escape from reality. Cause I'm questioning my reality now after that debacle
Last week the loss was on Grimes and JD6, tonight is totally on Lance. The HC had plenty of time to replace the QB. 6 interceptions? What does it take to bench a player. If Lance is a man of his word then address the elephant in the room why he is forced to play Daniels. Everyone watching the game knew a change should've been made. We lost a lot more than a game tonight. Lance has lost control of this program, as Inky Johnson says "Actions betraying his words".
Fragile coach I love ya but you gotta seriously consider playing Ballard if we lose in morgantown cause at that point we would gain more from Ballard's experience than jalen hoping for a 7 and 5 or 8 and 4 season I love my hawks and we are so lucky to have leipold but this situation with JD is getting worse not better the head coach has to make some tough calls you gotta do what's best for team not an individual

Yea Grimes offense isn’t creative but you can’t say he didn’t run the ball tonight. Neal had 25 rushing attempts but once UNLV found out our QB can’t throw they sold out to stop the run.
Hey coach, quit sacrificing the team for one player. JD doesn’t have what it takes anymore. Give Ballard a chance. Let him grow into our QB1. Rock Chalk!

@totalscappers6638 have ypu seen how bad JD is playing and it's not like we don't know what Ballard can do he played well against Texas tech and Kstate last year. He's not a bad option and hopefully not as bad at decision making as JD apparently is now
Kansas should be an option running team with the horses you have in your stable. Ditch the passing unless there isn't anyone within 20 yards of your receiver. Two guys in the Illinois secondary took you out last week too.
Doing that would be a self perpetuation of what got KU here in the first place. Turner Gill, Charlie Weis, Clint Bowen, Dave Beaty, Les Miles and Zenger all in a space of 12 years? If we want to build some success, firing Lance Leipold is not the way to get it.
Lance is the HC. How many HC's would leave an "interception king" in the game? He's lost control of the program and we lost more than a game tonight.
