111: The Way that Defence Firms can Increase Profit Through More Specified Competition Parameters

In this video I talk about the means by which the defence industry can largely increase profit through more selective competition, and more common collaboration (with potential for superior permaconsortiums.)
The issue here is with substandard proposals because of lack of collaboration, and lower value goods due to inability to enter into collaborations after beginning the tender process.
