Welcome back Darren, Aorn and Ananda !!! So many times to Landmark Market, always fantastic crispy pork and delicious Moo Ping ( my favourite ) We love the local markets as well, always great to watch the locals going about daily life !! YUMMO. Issan sausages and you know how I feel about Mango Sticky Rice !
Well done, Darren! The Ao Nang markets always impress and never fail to deliver, even the touristy ones. Personally, I’m a fan of the authentic local markets with their incredible variety of delicious food options. 👍
Nice to see you back. We were in Krabi-Ao Nang last April. We saw your wife selling tour packages and the tuk tuk driver wouldn’t stop for us. We wanted to say hello.
Happy Songkran to you and your family Darren. Good morning from Wales. Superb vlog. What I love is the brilliant presentation of the food by all of the vendors. So much colour and tasty looking treats. The people's smiles are awesome. I really wish we'd tried harder with Street food when we were there. I'm so hungry now. I think I'll make myself and @undereaten_muffins a nice Saturday full English. We're so happy that you're back Darren. See you soon 😊 🇹🇭🏴🙏
I've never been to Krabi and I'm thinking of coming down from Bangkok for a couple of days in early September. These markets would be right up my alley. Cheers for the video Darren.
i cant believe how big ananda has got . ive watched you guys for years . i liked your old intro better though , im darren this is aorn and ananda down there. cheers m8 from nz. youll be looking up at him soon
Thank you very much. There are loads of halal options available in Thailand and I will have more videos of them coming soon. In the meantime here is a playlist of videos I have made featuring halal food: ua-cam.com/play/PLNLfDOIkGB13haYR7lW8hjzlzInvByVi6.html&si=3E1OfrdI-MDbyPsx I hope that helps 😊🙏
Thanks! I suggest you add time stamps for the different markets (and maybe geo positions), so it is easier to find them. We stayed at Glow hotel and there was a night market very close. Which market is that? 😀 .
Yes, unfortunately both markets have a number of names that different people use. When speaking, most people call the Monday market "Ao Nang Market" and it is listed on Google Maps as "Ao Nang Local Market". When speaking, most people call the Wednesday market "Klong Haeng Walking Street" and it is listed on Google Maps as both "Nopparattani Wednesday Market" and "Wednesday Evening Market". I hope that helps.
Wow! 350 for a rot chicken! That is some tourist pricing. 🧐😡 That's double what they cost back in the US which is under wicked inflated food prices currently.
Happy Songkran Everybody! 😊❤🙏
👍🤤Great to see back in action.
Wow, Each Market looks amazing. for choices and prices.
I would choose a lot of savoury dishes then a few sweets/
Really happy to see you filming again, Darren. Missed you.
Thanks again, Darren. So many markets, so little time. Great catching up with you

We had a week in Ao Nang in November, loved it and plan to go back next autumn, sabai bungalows
How was the weather? Worried about the rain in November for 2025.

I heard the famous Thai English phrase "Up to you" coming from you. 😂
Great video! Is It possible to get addresses of all these local market's (No landmark night market) and again, which day and time they are open?
Thank you. The opening hours and the Google Maps links, which contain all the other details, are in the description below the video.
Really enjoyed your video - would be great to get the addresses of eg 'The Wednesday market' - looks good but not sure how not find it 🙂
Thank you. The Google Maps link for each market, with the addresses & all the market's other details are in the description below the video.
Interesting! 👍 What are these things 11:11 being blowtorched?
I'm not exactly sure. Some sort of sushi or sashimi.
🇧🇭😍😍😍❤️😊
Let's eat!

Not easy to stay thin there if you live on a reasonable budget, say around 35K Bt..
What is the name of monday market and Wednesday market ? I’m not able to find a correct name?

@@darrenb3so it’s actually the same market?
Yes, both markets have a number of names that different people use for them.
“Ice pops, except me?” Just the way Thais are mate. If you want, you tell them. Hard for us Westerners to understand that mentality, but I feel you!
Wow! 350 for a rot chicken! That is some tourist pricing. 🧐😡
