I don't know why but most tourist places in india are surrounded by small and unclean areas and most ppl see those and judge india has only slums. even in old city ppl refused to give lands for road extension but expect to devolop the area
there are creative ways to develop old areas. not everything is done by widening roads. make it a vehicle free zone instead. just like in chandani chowk in delhi and heritage street in Amritsar. that has a lot more appeal. Amritsar has seen a steep rise in domestic and foreign tourists after being redeveloped.
@@TheUndertaker2408 some what true but how a metro line can be brought with out extending roads a bit in a creative way. And most of th buildings are private property and they look very old and bad to look. So how come government department private properties so instead of that it is better to allow space to them with a better infrastructure and make those places as completely tourist place. Govt should give stalls to those who gave land. This is completely my opinion not to offend any.

I love hyderabad. It has completely changed since the last time I was here. Now it's my second home. It's cleaner and infrastructure is really at par with the best cities. Would love to see people following traffic rules strictly and less honking. Rest everything is so world-class
