Visakhapatnam is pure industrial city like steel plants pharma electric and 2 ports and industries and small IT companies.
If you look at Hyderabad most of the population is prev gen population settled in Hyderabad like old city and locals who are settled in from 200+ years doesn't contribute much to the economy.
But in name it's a big city with a lot of population.
but the current Govt want to make it another Hyderabad or Bangaluru 🤷.
If that happens they will occupy all the hills and lakes and soon we will face problems like traffic water and less greenery.

I compared with delhi and mumbai.
If you do more research about traffic system then you can find kolkata traffic system is well maintained than mumbai and delhi.
If delhi is cleaner than kolkata then why despite of having electric buses delhi faces too much pollution and why some days ago entire delhi was blocked by pollution?

Sometimes I feel Pune is better to stay underated otherwise people from UP, Bihari rush here and soon make it like Mumbai. I have seen both cities, I don't hate my UP, Bihari brothers but, somewhere we need to understand our country is seriously overpopulated, it's practically not possible to balanced beauty, Infrastructure and dense population together

100+kms of metro is under construction (phase-2) and 100+kms of phase-3 metro will soon begin with construction work. Also there is a world class 150km network of suburban rail network under construction.

More than 700 companies are operational in GIFT city. 3 stock exchanges are there in GIFT city. It is giving a huge contribution to Ahmedabad GDP.
