@@samalqublani8734 I would have to show you but now that I look at it I'm not the best person to ask I just look on UA-cam for wrestling becuase I never got the chance in school and now just doing it to practice it's good for self defense so with this I've tried it before and I drive forward but maybe you can't do that so you move the side where he's off balance for the split second and take him down with me unless your super high level or just that big I can usually brute force into a single leg if u get it
@@boulderman1357 same man I had a friend who did in school and me and him would train every so often but, I wanna know more sprawls, counters, offense wrestling is truly the best besides boxing 🥊 that I do hav experience but wresting is sick.

Honestly depends on the person sometimes driving forward and finishing is easier than going to the side unless the guy is way bigger than you
