The takeaway from this video is Levi acknowledging that there is so much noise in our heads from technology that the only place that we can find real peace is out in the bush. 💜💜💜
You are very articulate in your description of the whole surroundings, including your own inner feelings, Levi. It's wonderful how you share with us this beautiful land.
Your videos genuinely make a massive difference to my mental health, Levi. You are one of my heroes, and that's from the bottom of my heart dude, you will never know how much your videos and you yourself mean to me. You take me to the most gorgeous places, and your narration makes me sink into my seat and almost feel the experience. You've been making better-than-tv content for such a long time now. You should be so proud of yourself 💜 you are an absolute legend
Well done mate. Loved seeing the old survey tags which produced so many questions. Who did it, why, for what purpose? And the old bridge washed away, what a find. There is just so much history being covered up over time because Parks who manage these places dont have the time or money to adequately research the places. All they want to do is lock it up and leave. Crazy really.
I agree it’s a real shame there’s so many opportunities out their that would be good for the community to still be able to utilise and remember the history but now lost to the scrub
@@officialtassieboysprospecting i guess the focus has been on the convicts in Tassie, Port Arthur, womens prison etc but the mining industry is out of the way. Imagine Zeehan or Queenstown taken back to turn of the century. Straun has its money doing a great job.
If you listen to the change in your voice and your whole persona changes when you immerse yourself in nature. I'm sure I'm the same. Best medicine. Keep on keeping on. Thanks for all you do much appreciated
As soon as you're on your own you become a different person. Not trying to rake away from the really great family trip, but ask your wife. How happy are you alone in nature. I'm the same. Nothing wrong there.
Hey Levi, as a sufferer,of ptsd, major depression, and lots of other things. I personally can sympathise what you are talking about. I envy your way of some sort of release. I am the same age as your dad, only broken. I spent most of my youth in the bushes and mountains of NZ. I miss it.Thanks for taking me on your adventures. ❤.Great to see your family enjoying the opportunity of great outdoors. Cheers from Wayne in Australia.
I'm in there too. Watching vid's to keep my mind at bay. Stuck in a kind of limbo. If not for other responsibilities, What Levi's doing is the kind of thing I'd love to do for months on end. Get supply drops heli'd in once a month and enjoy the solitude.
I was a contract hunter for DOC NZ back in the day the very best years of my life wish I could go back but I'm stuck in England now missing the old days
I did a semester of geology at UTAS a number of years ago and one of the takeaways i got from it was that Tassie is incredibly geologically diverse and a keystone for the movements of the continents. I can't wait to move back some day soon and explore more of my beautiful home state.
I watch his channel too! The guys has so much knowledge and just seems like such a sound dude! Seems to be a common theme with the well known prospectors around the world, just all sound people and good vibes!
Lesson learnt Levi, _"Kaua e kawea ō kaumātua ki te ngahere kia tirohia e koe anake i te tuatahi.."_ Thanks for including in the video though -not many do that - it makes it more interesting and realistic, and imho I recon you're a good man to include the occasional clanger.
Another spectacular adventure, Mr. Levi. The family outing really warmed my heart - three generations together embracing the joy of exploration and discovery. Keep strong, young man, and know that your drive and perspective on the incredible landscape you explore, brings a true sense of wonder to those who live it through your eyes. Best wishes, always. ~~ Ray
Well what a great great time, the country didn't disapoint, and jade was the last thing I would have thought possible, but there you are, enjoyed every moment of it thanks again,❤
Hey Levi, love this one! A refreshing change from all the gold. Lovely to see all the family getting involved. I love the Tassie Wilderness. I left Tassie in 1988 as I couldn’t stand what the Tassie Government, Hydro and Forestry were doing to Tassie’s Wilderness! Really appreciate yours and Rob’s videos! ❤
Great video, Levi! I don't know if you know it's "Movember," highlighting men's mental and physical health, but your meditation was open and honest and more people need to hear about others' struggles. You make your living one speck at a time and we realize that, and we're amazed. You take us along with you and we love it. Grand tour of a beautiful river.
