I was thinking the same thing!😒 He made a world of difference and there wasn't even the slightest happiness or gratitude in her eyes, just an automatic "What about my nose??" Some people are never happy...after the nose, she'll probably still look sourpussed and ask "what about my BBL now?"

There is a lot of pain in these operations even if it improves things have some compassion
Why the Mom looks so confused even after telling her that a rhinoplasty cannit be done at the time . Still she have the dumbness to ask but why ??
Her result is very good but they look so unhappy . They have some kind of mental problems those tends to always feel not good enough . They literally needs a psychotherapy first .
This young lady looks much better now but looks as if she has been in lot of pain but the operation did need to be done she is a pretty girl
