Not every restaurant keeps their website updated. Call the place. It's okay to ask questions. Are you open? Do you do delivery? A lot of businesses aren't up on the latest internet stuff b/c they've never had someone find them via the internet.
The chicken didn't look bad at all, but that one girl is over reacting as if they've never eaten chicken before. The greas-ness of the chicken is because it's probably fresh af and they didn't get a chance to let the oil drip. I'd take that chicken over dried fried chicken any day. Also, it could be the camera saturation that does not let us see if it really is raw.

If you have a meat thermometer you could make certain in the future that any sketchy poultry is cooked through. In Farhenheit you'd want it to be a minimum of 165 degrees, or 74 degrees Celcius. Although that chicken did look like it was cooked through!

Just want to add that places can get a 0 score for food hygeine for something as simple as not having paperwork on the premises. Friend of mine works as an inspector. They then can't have an instant new inspection and have to wait sitting at a score of 0. Not saying ALL fall under this though some are just grotty x

I've been a butcher now for 42 years and as others have said the chicken is perfectly cooked and it's just red meat and very juicy looking 😋.
