Yes. I learnt in the comments section at the previous version news video (0.255) that people on emuforums were complaining about that game's improvements (psychic force 2012) in 0.255 being missing from that version's changelog.
I'm looking for a lot of time game that I played a lot when I was little. It's called "Ipponzuri Slot" and in Japanese "一本釣りシャト". Can you add it to mame please.
I don't understand what the MAME devs are doing... Making some calculator or Atari 800 games work is not making a dent in the progress expected to be made as per the original project, which was to try and get as many ARCADE games as possible to work. When I upgraded to MAME 0.223 during summer 2020, it had been over 10 years since I had last downloaded a new MAME version, I was upgrading from 0.135, and save for Akai Katana, I don't remember seeing anything worthwhile that had been added... Daytona 1 & 2 or Scud Race still didn't run at all, nor did Ridge Racer, or Time Crisis, the Tekken Games still ran like sh!t, etc... I don't know, I can't wrap my head around the reasoning behind such decisions...
MAME is obviously very powerful, but anytime I try to run any game newer than the 80s or so, all I get is frustration. Missing ROMs, missing files, incompatible files, etc. If you're trying to run anything even moderately complex, none of the downloads found on ROM sites will include everything you need to get the game working. So you download the missing files from another site and the game still doesn't work. I avoided MAME for a long time for this very reason. A while back I decided to try it again. After having some initial success playing some simple 80s games, I decided to try a couple newer (but supported) racing games. I eventually gave up in frustration as I couldn't get any of them to work.
@@7BlackJack8 Unfortunately, I have an OLD system, so I can't run recent versions of MAME, I can only run a much older one. And because of this, games specifically for that version are harder to find. Apparently there are some tools that can help with this, but also apparently they all sprang into existence AFTER my system was built, since none of them seem to work for me. For reference, I was trying to get the San Francisco Rush games to work. I don't even know if my system is fast enough to run them, but I wanted to try and see what kind of performance I got. I downloaded ROMs for the games and that didn't work. I downloaded more ROMS, but they still didn't work. Then I downloaded much larger files that I assume are all the data for the tracks and graphics. The games still didn't work. I downloaded versions supposedly prepackaged for MAME. Can you guess the outcome of that? I downloaded everything I could find for these games and despite my version of MAME saying that they're supported, not a single one of them would run.
The way you document this project is EXCELLENT !
really appreciate your work
Thanks for the updates!
As always, thanks for the video update! Love the extra at the end.

Year 2108. Sega Model 2 working. Fighting Vipers boots to title screen. Crashes afterwards.

Do you know if there is any artwork out there for the Tandy-12 computerized arcade?
@1:35... wasn't that game called Tail Gunner? Think I dropped $20 in quarters every time I went to Six Flags.
That's the name I remember. Maybe the name was different in certain regions or it's a hack?
