You dont have that after burnner setup right. Should come on around 3/4 power. I think you have to calibrate it with the esc
Yeah I just plugged it into a switch with off, bright and brighter, but I am going to switch it to a traditional setup.

Im surprised that Tail flame is staying on all the time?
I have it on a 3 position switch off, bright and very bright. I will probably "y" it with the throttle and let it work more traditionally.
