I love Sonixinema, and I think this new library is a great addition to their selection. I’d use these with some reverb and a very slight amount of distortion to evoke an emotion similar to The Revenant’s OST, because I just love that vibe. I think using these swells with one chord at a time followed by a long stretch of reverb could really present a feeling of vastness. They could be extremely emotionally effective in my opinion, and I’d love to use them in this way.

Entering yet another giveaway, and the anticipation is real! 🤞 This past year has been a marathon of competitions, but the wind and swells sound library has remained an elusive treasure. Imagine the sonic landscapes I could craft if it finds its way into my creative arsenal!
Speaking of which, let me paint a picture of what I'd do with this library in my compositions. Picture this: the gentle rustle of wind, the rhythmic dance of swells - woven seamlessly into my music, creating an auditory masterpiece that transcends ordinary tunes. The potential is boundless, and I'm ready to unleash a symphony of nature's finest.
To the creators of this library, your generosity sparks the creativity in aspiring artists like me. Here's hoping this comment becomes more than just words - may it be the key that unlocks the door to a world of musical possibilities!

This library seems to fill a hole we have in expressive section/scene changes. Also, could be a great time saver. I'm not the only one who could use that!

I've never heard this instrument before, and it's very charming!! I think it has a tone that can be used as a Zelda's OST. I like it :)
    Thank you for review~

Wow, this is a fantastic addition to String Swells! There are not too many wind libraries out there with recorded swells in various lengths so this is a super useful library and it sounds really beautiful and intimate! I must say I'm extremely impressed by how Sonixinema have listened to the feedback from the community and added all of these new features to both String Swells and Wind Swells. I especially love the ability to smoothly add notes in the middle of each swell, this makes it so much more versatile. Being able to switch re-tongueing on or off is also really useful. It seems like you can get all kinds of wonderful textures by combining the different articulations and I'm glad that Sonixinema also included some designed patches. I would love to use this library for my ambient and cinematic tracks with some strings and felt piano. Thank you for the great review Chris! :)

Thanks for this great review! I really dig the legato mode. I always was wondering why no developer has integrated such a feature in libraries with evolving sounds. Definitely have to get both libs now..

Thank you for doing this review, Chris! I was excited to see Sonixinema release another swell library so soon. Sounds great and I’m thrilled that they’ve given the option for removing the rebow an retongueing. I would definitely use this in accompaniment with string swells which I picked up a few weeks ago. I’ve been playing with it a lot and have really been enjoyed it. It’s such a great way to add emotion without having to spend a ton of time on programming. These libraries help me focus more on the creative side of writing instead of getting bogged down in the technical. Super helpful!
