How are you making the stretch? I'm looking to do the same to my 2 seater. I want to turn it into a 4 seater. I've been having a hard time finding 4 seater front frames. Just curious how strong the 2 seat frame would be if I stretched it like that 🤔
@@mirandakeith1 I just lengthened the tubing on the front section and added the bungs back on,honestly these things are welded like shit,your cage is the only reason they don’t fall apart,I added gussets everywhere since I was there
@@08Stiches I've considered buying a desert car, but seeing this and the busted knuckle mega rzr ,are very capable cars , I'm going today to find rzr ,I've ordered the portals ,the same kit Matt used on mega rzr for arms ,what did you do about drive shaft rcv?
@@dannycrayton725 I had KB3 build me a custom length driveline. No issues in over 2 years. Im now on portals and 35s as well. I believe there is a couple photos on my Facebook of it in Moab this year
lot easier to shorten coolant lines and roll up wiring and brakes than it is to extend all the wires, brakes, and coolant lines. Also the rear of the chassis are exactly the same for both 2 and 4 seater. if you extended the 2 seater you would have to either cut behind the fuel tank and battery and extend there (where the frame isn't perfectly straight like in the middle) or after extending rebuild all new seat mounts to move your seats in front of the fuel tank and battery. Starting with a 4 seater is by far the easier route.

NS Gearhead 32” tires. Yes full tunes and clutching from Aftermarket Assassins.

Aftermarket. KB3. Stock drive lines are junk.
