Pro tip: Go to EDIT MODE and disconnect the last bone from the rest. On pose mode, select the second last bone and add the IK modifier. Select the target as the disconnected bone.
Do people really not know what an IK constraint is? This seems like the sort of thing people encounter on day 1 of learning rigging; the ‘pro’ part should have been something like showing people how to constrain the bones of the IK chain so that robot’s joints can’t bend the wrong way or clip through themselves.
I think you don't have to use bones at hard surface, just split up mesh in separate objects (if needed), and link parts to each other by select child first and then parent object, and after that "Set parent to" command (Ctrl+P). Pivots of objects should be at their rotation points.
ok, I spent only 6 hours in Blender and judging by your videos, do I already have the skills of a professional? Like, to learn what you've shown here, it's enough to literally watch a 5-minute guide on UA-cam
☕️🗿 this is a fast way to learn especially if you already know your way around the blender software and you are just looking for quick walkthroughs. I would say it’s more suitable for intermediate blender users, but also a fast way to learn as a beginner
Can you change the discription from noob vs pro to beginner vs experienced instead of insulting someone give someone give some appreciation atleast he trying to learn atleast he trying to gain some knowledge.
PREACH THE GOSPEL: my brothers, you need to know God, Jesus, your only Savior who died for you, He always wants the best for you, get to know Jesus. Proverbs 24:1
Fun fact: actual robots do indeed use inverse kinematics
Thanks for mentioning that
Real pro artist won't be crazy not to put a 3D cursor point in certain places so that the rig will look and be nice
lol 😂
Fr i was gonna Said the same x)

Interesting would look into this
Legends already know what OP is about to show when they saw a thumbnail.
😅😂😅😅😅
I’d use a FK rig on a machine arm to make it move like a machine tbh
That works too
Most machine arms do use ik tho
@@bananasplit566 thanks 💪 for mentioning that
the noob is ultra very fast
😂🤣😂
Another great tip!
Thanks a lot
im pained that yall will use autoweight and separate meshes instead of even touching the Vertex Groups and Weight Paint buttons
😂😂😂
Very thanks you.🔥
You are welcome
How could the noob artist model this object if he is noob 🤔
lol 😂 he probably downloaded it from somewhere
@@osasart 😂
Bro make a small long form video on this? I can't see anything 😅😂 Please.
😂😂💀 i am sorry. It would be up on the channel very soon
@@osasart No problem.
wouldve worked fine in the first clip if you didnt put the IK handle on the root
Would check that out
Hi bro, I see you used blender's IK rig, I admit it is a useful tool, but do you know any plugin that can import this into UE5? TY
@@张宇-w9c I don’t know of any for now
@@张宇-w9c I would check
Real pro just use Rigfy or ProRig
😂😂 smart move
Thanks!
