    hello, Danielle thank you for the daily videos that you make. I can't wait to do this one!
    I have a question. can you please make a video where you show us what are the exercises that we can do at home to gain weight?
    I would really appreciate. if you just tell me what exercises because honestly I don't find much and I want your advice. thank you I love you

      I don't think that any excercise helps to "gain" weight. Maybe you should try doing simple muscle strengthening workouts. Also, you must add carbohydrates and protein to your diet. 😊

      I'd say no cardio probably, because that helps you loose weight. But gaining weight is usually done through nutrition
