Great episode guys!@ I agree, re: the confusion from Meetings to Webinars to Live Events. Will be interesting to see how it all pans out. Would love to join in D-World but I'm guessing the U.S Canada border won't open until 2026. :(
I think a few of those ‘end of April’ features have now moved to May (some early to mid, and others mid to late May) per updates in the message center.
Just double-checked and every one of the ones we said was due in April still says April on the roadmap. 80099, 81407, 66054, 68844, 65952, 70762, 72215.
@@jumpto365 Dynamics view for Roadmap ID 65943 is mid May to end of May (message MC242824) and interactive meetings and chat from 300 to 1000 (65951 and 68844) are now early May to mid May (message MC242587).
@@jumpto365 semi related question. Do you know if Spotlight set by the organizer is now respected by the recording (or if not now, will it be with the dynamic view or webinar update ?)?
Yeah, thanks for pointing that out, I've since seen the message center updates. Not in love with the disconnect between those and the associated roadmap entries, considering how limited the audience is there. As for spotlight being respected by the recording, that's a good question, and one that a lot of people are going to be interested in the answer to. My money is on it being so after webinar goes live, paired with multi-person spotlighting also in the wings, it makes sense that they would bring that all to bear at once. That said, I'll be sure to test and follow up once it hits my tenant!
