Since the first time I used a foldable, I can't go back to regular smartphone. I had a Fold 3. The screen cracked only 8 months of use. Then, I went back to iPhone and skipped the Fold 4, because it wasn't that much of an upgrade, the cameras sucked, too. Pre-ordered Fold 5 and Samsung gave me a Galaxy Watch for free and 512GB version for the 256GB price. Pretty good deal. But they did forget to add the insurance for the screen I ordered and sadly, SamsungCare cannot be bought separately. But I didn't need it, the screen if fine. The screen protection film has just started to peel off right in the middle. I was waiting for the Fold 6, but if the leaks are correct, not much changed in the cameras. So, I'm skipping that one. The only reason to upgrade, in my opinion, is the durability. I fear my Fold 5 will give up soon. Been using it for 12 months straight and the only thing I miss is the Ultra camera setup. $2K for 4 year old cameras, that you can find on $400 phone. So, I'm now considering an alternative. I hear they are better and have much better cameras.

Nice review, concerning the fingerprint sensor I truely find putting it in the on/of button much more conveniant. This makes unlocking the phone soo easy when you pick it up
@Techtablets I owned the fold3,4 and now 6 and I do like the narrow form factor, especially the additional mms we got after the 3 to the 6. I also like the One UI a lot in terms of functionalities, the pen and the vingerprint scanner. What don't like compared to the fold 4 is that they got rid of the swipe down on the fingerprint scanner for the notification menu (since fold5). That was very useful.

1:45 funny you mention kickstand cases, the X Fold3 Pro has the opposite of flex mode where if you place the phone face down while partially unfolded the cover screen will instead turn on as if it has a kickstand (but turn on Smart Screen Shift on the settings)
I showed that in the video but I mean to have the whole screen and the kickstand case to prop it all up not the phone itself loosing half the screen is a bit silly.

Looks like you can’t no.
You can when folded as far as I know.
Edit: Gakaxy Folds can do this, idk about Vivo
Can you confirm for sure? @@ezBeanie
@@ezBeanie this is what I need, is that definitely possible?
@@Techtablets can you do it when folded as said by the comment below?
Can I buy it in Australia?
Completely disagree about the position of the inside camera for video calls, but still good looking phone
I remember that lcd screens at school, that were without solid glass, creating mosaic and rainbow at touch... but colors/contrast were nice. should be something similar with foldables.
I checked Android Enterprise compatible devices list but only a few of Vivo devices and none of Honor device is listed. Does this mean I have no way of connecting these devices for corporate use ie checking my work emails and Teams etc? I'm currently connected via VMware to my company account with my Samsung S22 Ultra. Can anyone share any advice?
Great video. I have vivo X Fold 1 and it's fantastic. X Fold 3 Pro camera seems could get better shots even, if you confim there's a eligible difference from previous X Fold
C'è android auto?
19:48 good model. Hope being compensated handsomely. ❤
Sure is
I wonder if this one will come to Sweden. Looks more promising than Samsung fold 6. Been using Fold 3 and Fold 4 and now i want to try something new.
Was thinking about Oneplus Open, but this one got my full attention.
Im in the same position, also live in Sweden so I looking for a new foldables to test from owning the Z Fold 4
Where did you get the little grass type plant?
Great phone and review. Only wish that BBK Group use same OS in all global versions... they are just better overall.
It would be nice as the OxygenOS and ColourOS UI is better overall than FunTouch. The Find N3 Fold it's so good the software.
i really dont get why Vivo doesnt use OriginOS for all countries
Hello, what is the aspect ratio of the inner big display 24:32?
1:45 funny you mention kickstand cases, the X Fold3 Pro has the opposite of flex mode where if you place the phone face down while partially unfolded the cover screen will instead turn on as if it has a kickstand (but turn on Smart Screen Shift on the settings)
I showed that in the video but I mean to have the whole screen and the kickstand case to prop it all up not the phone itself loosing half the screen is a bit silly.
Can't seem to get the global variant
Anyone have this phone and tried it on ATT in the US? Does 5g work?
Niceeeee I'm really liking the ratio off the screen.... now if it only had Samsung quality material, and Samsung One UI and Samsung fold features ,and S Pen and Galaxy AI features.... but one can only dream 😊
Price?
that new kitten picture of "snow" I LOST IT LOL 😂
but also 🥰😍 such a little cutie
anyways thanks for another great video, I need these ones as I'm strongly considering one of these foldables depending on if Fold 6 has anything worth going for.
