It was the first time after a week since his arrival (he wouldn't eat by himself)! Thank you so much!
This came at the perfect time! I've had me new girl for almost 3 weeks. This past week and a half I've simply had my hand in the tank to get he acquainted with my presence and this evening i held her for the first time since coming home! All went so smoothly and surprisingly, she didn't rush off my hand when i allowed her to step back onto the floor of her tank. She actually hung out a little longer before stepping off. This video was the perfect reassurance to move on to the next step, and feel confident with how I was going about things. Thank you for your fabulous and informative videos. You were so much help during the months researching and preparing to get my first gecko! Best gecko channel out there!
leo is one of those reps that can really be tamed in my opinion. I acquired leos both from stores (back when i first got them) and rescues. a lot of them r really scared and suspicious at first, but they r small (i think they know lol) and they got the instincts to get away from u so its understandable , so id say please have patient with them. Another thing is don't get discouraged, and just because your gecko might be mean and bitty don't give up on them yet lol. (you can always wear a glove if your scared of bite). Lastly, when you r trying to handle them, just do it slow, you can use one hand to distract them then use the other hand to scope them up from below. Id say once they r on your hands they behave a lot better and don't let them walk all over your shirt or whatever because you might not be able to reach them let say they r on your back. So the best way is just to let them walk on you arms or hands but just place one after another so you can control them really well. And if their tail start wagling just leave them be for a quick min or 2 so once they have calm down you can continue. So just repeat the process for some time and they will most definitively get used to you. I also agree when handling geckos try not to be too quiet cuz that freak them out even more. So play some low volume song next to you or that sort.
First gecko we got was super chill/trusting immediately. Planning on getting a second one soon. Like most creatures, I imagine they all have their own unique personalities so I'm curious what we'll end up with next. Haha.
I got my gecko about 2 months ago and I was getting worried that he was never going to get better because he would run so fast anytime I got any where near him. Now he’s so much better First thing I started off with was putting my hand in the tank for it at least 10 minutes a day As he got more comfortable he would walk on my hand and then walk off Then he soon started to climb on my hand every time I put my hand in the tank Soon after he let me pick him up Once he was comfortable with me picking him warm up in my sleeves He still gets spooked by sudden sounds or sudden movements but he trust me. I was able to get him like this within a 1 to 3 week period Some geckos scream some geckos hiss some bite it all depends on your gecko and you have to take time because it’s not something you can rush into. I recommend leaving your hand in the tank for a couple minutes a day, and padding their head or chin, but the best thing I recommend is just picking them up and letting them sit in your hand so they realize that they’re not gonna get hurt if they’re around you

@@CKzoidYT It's safe as long as you can maintain humidity. It holds moisture like crazy though so you have to be careful, that's the only thing with it really, other than it also gets very dry and dusty as well when you don't have any moisture in it.
I have a leopard gecko named Sam, and with him I have a small technique that I like to call the "Trust Boop." It's a way to see if you've had the gecko out for too long. Basically, you gently tap the gecko on the nose. You do it slowly and calmly, and make sure it's a soft boop and not anything that can hurt them. If you boop it and it doesn't move away or get spooked, it means your gecko trusts you and isn't afraid of the environment it's in. If it flinches and moves away, you may want to put the gecko back in the tank as it is beginning to get skittish and freaked out. It is recommended that you boop the gecko before even taking it out so that you know if it's alright with being handled at that moment. It's a really simple technique that I've been using on Sam ever since I got him. He's still under a year old, but he responds to it well and it helps me know when he's calm enough to be picked up or when he needs some time to himself. I hope this was helpful :>
wow never heard of this before, I'll definitely be using it! I imagine getting all up in their face might stress them out, but if I do it carefully it should be fine? It would at least avoid extra stress if he's not up for it. Anyways, thanks a lot for the tip!
Got my gecko at Petco and he was a very angry boy from day one. We were able to eventually tame him and we got to hold him and stuff. Then we got a cat and dog, so we couldn't bond with him as much since the furry pets begged for attention much more. He eventually was no longer tame. He began to bite again so I was worried that we wouldn't be able to bond again, and I saw this. I am happy and am going to try and re-tame him. Edit: this is 2 days later and he let me hold him :D
Inky & Trouble I’m so sorry my gecko let me pick him up in 2 days and the girl in one I didn’t force them o just let them get used to my hand by putting in the cage
leaving my hand in the tank seems to actually work ok for getting my gecko out, but it takes forever lol I'm on month 3 of having my gecko, but I think I'm going to try scooping him out and seeing what he does
Saroni Macaroni for my gecko i put either 1 or 2 fingers under his belly and he’ll just climb up but im not sire if thats just because he is used to me
Same here! My little one, Scoop, was very wary of people from getting picked up improperly and rough handling before I got them and I think showing them that I would respect their space and not pick them up when they didn’t want to be immensely helped build up their trust in me. I’ve only had them a few months but they feel comfortable enough to completely lay down on my hand when I’m handling them now. They’re such a sweet little lizard and I love them so much
I use to strongly dislike leopard geckos but my fiance decided we needed one. So now we have one and it was literally stole my heart 🥺 baby already gets so excited when I tell it good morning so this definitely will help me get baby to enjoy handle time 🤗 thank you!
This is very useful . I have had my gecko for a while but i have never been able to really get him to trust me or realise that I am not a harm . I am literally about to try this now update in a min
very useful video! i’ve had mine for around a year now, she’s gotten a lot better with handling but I feel like she’s always trying to look for a way to get away from me.. 😂
Lol I feel all my gecko thinks is oh dear God that human coming here again disturbing my peace taking me into the oblivioun into the next world away from my own to look at me n make strange noises especially my crested gecko I'll get it to get on my hand take it out n they hole time it stares at it's terrarium from a distance like my rainforest put me back lmao
I totally understand how ya feel but that's the way allot of reptiles and amphibians are , they are not going to even come close to being like our furry friends and of course that's what makes them different 😊. I think they honestly have a very small memory ( short term) after all we know that it's not very big ☹️ but we can just love and accept them for the way they are and try not to get discouraged or heart broke if they don't show to much affection. They are just so cute and we want to handle them often , I have 5 and a bearded dragon and the beardie is a better one when it comes to them showing that they like you lol but just remember all your animals like you ( if you're nice to them ) they just have different ways of showing it . 😋 Have a good day ☺️

I named my little dude Pato, or duck in Spanish lol)

Thank you so much for this! My leopard gecko is a rescue, and I had to put him through veterinary treatment when I first got him. So he came to associate me picking him up with medicated baths and oral antibiotics. However, I've been using the tips from your earlier videos, and we're finally getting to a point where he's poking his head out when he hears my voice. (Of course, I've been bribing him with food, too, and he is definitely food motivated! ^_^)
This is a nice video - many vids will only show best case scenario whereas this video, while while having good advice, also shows that even when the geckos are tamed and used to you they may just not be in the mood. nice one.
Hi Leopard gecko! Thank you so much for making these great videos. I am so inspired to create bioactive set ups and better sustaining vivariums. Your channel has brought so much joy to my reptiles and me. Thank you again and Happy Holidays!
I just got my first leopard gecko in years. I had one for 14 years, and when she passed I was deviated (RIP armentia) So I finally, 3 years later, have finished grieving and got a new baby, named Tiki! This video is very helpful for me, sense it’s been so long. Thank you!
I have a baby branded gecko Id rescued that I’ve been wanting to begin handling for a bit now. She’s never threatened by the tweezers I use for her food, so after this video I thought I’d try handling her for the first time. Took about 5 minutes, making the little noise I chose, she crawled onto my hand, stayed for about two minutes, crawled up my arm a bit, then crawled off! She was so peaceful, not stanced up at all!! Thank you so much for your tips!!! This was so freaking exciting and helpful!! ❤️
Hi, i recently got my baby snow leopad gecko around 2 weeks ago and i have some questions. Whenever i use uvb he never basks in it like the behaviour shown by your geckos. Also he rarely comes out of his hide and when he does its either really late at night or whenever it thinks im not there. His temperatures are perfect, he is eating, pooping, sleeping properly its just that he never comes out. He is also ok with handleing and doesnt run away but i never see him out is this normal?
I remember skipping over this video after 9 yrs of having my first gecko (aft). She passed away at 12 yrs old last month and I have since gotten a new gecko to keep me company during lockdown. Now I find myself watching this video trying to understand my new gecko. I'm excited to get to know her but I miss my first gecko a lot
Thank you so much for the info I currently have what I think is a 3 month old leopard gecko and If anyone is reading this I strongly recommend a leo as a pet because they make great companions and are hilarious
Loved this video! I mean I like them all and they are all useful, but this one had a relaxed feel about it and the hands on seeing you interact with your geckos is great 😁
I’ve had my juvenile leopard gecko for a little over a week now, I haven’t handled him at all for a week so that he gets used to his new enclosure, and I make sure he is eating properly. And he’s been eating perfectly! No trouble eating his mealworms and crickets, I was scared since this was my first reptile, but he’s been doing great. Yesterday I handled him for the first time and he was very calm, didn’t attempt to run away or bite once! I’m so excited to him grow up!
Nice! Just some tips: Make sure the mealworms make up no more than 25% of their diet. Try to offer as much variety in their diet as possible. Roaches, silkworms, and black soldier fly larvae can be fed regularly. Superworms and hornworms can be fed occasionally :)
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for this! My son's leo Trix (Bellatrix) is very easy going and was our first gecko. Our second gecko is mine, Puff(Hufflepuff) and has been very skittish. I've mostly let her (him? Too young to tell) be, to let her get used to its new home. But I will be trying all of these tips 🥰

Thank you so much!! Ur videos help me a lotttt in prrparing myself for a Leo and I eventually got mine a 5 month old boy today! And I have started to try taming him daily, my little boi seems quite friendly and not acting shy at all! Am Happy to see more videos from u even though if they are remade from previous ones! Thanks a lot !
i got my leo Quill today and hes super skittish and shy, so i’m trying to find the best way to introduce him to handling when he’s been here for a bit. this video is great, thank you!!
Hi, i need help. I live in Finland and its very cold here. During the day, temperature in my Leo's tank is around 30°C But when night comes, temperature falls to 15°C. How can i keep temperature in my gecko's tank during the night. Thank you.
I've had my girl for a little over a year now I think she's a year and a half, and the past few months have been fantastic with her! She always is pretty moody to be handled but if she notices I'm near her tank she'll come out and I'll talk to her for a bit and maybe pop her a cricket or a worm to reenforce good things. She likes just chilling on my shoulder and doesn't like being held. Just a personality quirk I think!
Getting my first gecko this weekend. A little nervous as I just want to give one an amazing home. Your channel is amazing and has driven me to finally get one. You dont need me to tell you how brilliant you are but I'll say it anyway your brilliant!!!
Hey I love your channel and I got my gecko just yesterday and I’m super happy that I found you . I can now give my gecko the happy life that he deserves .
I don’t know if this is a joke (sorry if it is) but if it is not that is not good for your gecko becuase it needs enrichment. Good luck on your gecko!😅😁
So I bought my gecko second hand and I have been following your tips. I think something happened to her when she was with her old owner. But lately she has started relaxing and almost sleeping on me thank you!
I LOVE your channel even though I don't have any geckos. I have a ball python and a bearded dragon, and your channel has taught me a ton about supplementation and feeder insects. I might be getting a crested gecko soon though!
i’m literally a couple days away from getting my first leopard gecko (squishy dino)!! i’m so excited, i’ve always dreamed of getting one, then i found out that it’s really easy to take care of them which is awesome for me because it’ll make the time that i’m at home a less stressful and give me a reason to work and make sure my space/s are clean. he’s around 7 years old already i believe, and i cannot wait to meet lil gaza (gary)!! i’ve already given him a nickname lol, but i’m hoping that clicking method will work with introducing myself to him, and just generally getting him used to me. this video was super helpful thank you so much! btw, i love gizmo haha! she’s so cuteeeee 🥰🥰
I'm about to cry literally thank you. Got my gecko 3 days ago lord scale bottom wasn't eating and seemed stressed after I scooped them they stayed calmly for a while and when I put them in the tank they ate seven worms!! I'm literally so happy!
I’m going to get my leopard gecko this weekend this is my first time getting a gecko since I have gotten a bearded dragon in the past, I’m really excited to take care of him or her.
Just got my first leopard gecko a week ago. Lima is quite easy and tame already but I'm so thankful for all your videos that helped me prepare for her. Actually just got done handling her for today and as I'm still a bit nervous about accidentally spooking her or stressing her too much, this video was great. Your channel have been such a good source for information. Me an Lima will keep watching and learning from you!
Ok I know this an old video buttttttttt I got my gecko 4 months ago. An he is very shy and I just finally got that bond. So me watching this channel I found this and I just did the scoop technique and it helped!!! I use to be so scared to handle him and I just did it and I wanna do it again so ima say thank you for sharing useful information! This channel helped me and convinced me to get a leopard gecko so thank you best choice I have made!!(sorry if it so weird or crazy but I just wanted to say thank you your channel has helped a lot!
This video is super helpful to new gecko owners💕 I remember a few months ago when I got Pierogi I thought I’d finally gotten him used to me but when I was putting him back in his tank I dropped him (like half a centimetre away from the floor of his tank but still) and he squeaked and I was sooooooooo sad that i made him upset. But he’s a juvenile so this video reassures me that it’s okay, they’re gonna be more uncomfortable and flighty when they’re babies and it’s normal for them. Just gotta keep practicing with them ☺️ I think we are bonding a lot better now
aww, i was in a shop earlier this year and the lady let me hold a baby leachie, and just as I was putting him back he jumped off of my hand and onto the floor, i was like 😲😳 omg im so sorry! and the lady was like, they do that a lot 🤦🏻♀️
Got my leopard gecko today. He was a little wary at first but he got quite comfy real fast. He decided the most interesting place to be was my back where i could barely reach him XD. (Also after seeing a lot of leopard geckos tails i now realize that my gecko must have dropped its tail in the past because it doesn't have any grooves down the majority of the tail)
just got my own leopard gecko finally, so thankful you released this video on the same day! this is something i’ve been worried about and now i feel more at ease lol
I have a three year old leopard gecko and for the past two years I stopped handling her regularly, recently I have been trying to get her used to me handling her about every evening I’d try to do a session of handling time. I’d try to look up ways on how to get your leopard gecko used to handling, but all I found was information for new owners. Trying to do a handling session each evening became very difficult, one because of my schedule and because she began to do this thing I call the ‘gecko roll’ were when I’d try to pick her up she’d roll over. Because I could tell how stress I was putting her through every time I’d try to handle her I stopped doing the handling sessions. But if there is a way I can some day get her used to being handling regularly it’d be very nice, but because it seems there is no hope I guess regular evening handling (were I am actually successfully handling her) will be something that will never happen with her.
Gave me some piece of mind watching this, my gecko is less than a year old and i started taming her when i got her but then i moved to uni and for a couple of months she had nobody handling her (my younger brother was feeding her while i was away) unless i came home for a couple of days or my brother would interact every once in a while. I've recently brought her up to uni with me and have started the taming process again, the video gave me piece of mind because i was worried that i wasnt picking her up correctly but now i know that i have been :) definitely learnt from this though, I'd let her roam on my desk and then she would run away when i tried to pick her up again, now i know to avoid that! thank you! :)
Your video format is super laid back and informative, I love it!! I wish that I could afford to donate to your patreon. Watching your channel (as well as using other sources, of course) has made my leopard gecko an absolute joy to handle and take care of. With sound association and patience, I was able to tame and warm up to my little girl in a matter of 3 weeks. You seem like a genuinely great person and I always look forward to seeing how the little ones are doing. You deserve every bit of support you get, cheers!!

@@nachomarcano926 It definitely varies from gecko to gecko, it might be a few more weeks until your baby realizes that you're not a threat. Baby geckos tend to be a bit more scared/skittish by nature, so I'd give it more time. Also, what type of light do you use?? UV percentages are important from species to species
i’m just glad that it’s not me! my little buddy Dwight has climbed onto me by himself twice, but the issue is putting him back in the tank and keeping him by me instead of running off of my bed and underneath a desk. He’s super nervous but I’ve only had him for about a month, he gets spooked by me and my family a lot. I hope he’ll get used to me, I want him to know he’s safe with me, but we’ll have to work on it some more!

wow never heard of this before, I'll definitely be using it!
I got my gecko a few months ago and I still haven’t been able to pick him up. Thanks for this video! 👍😄
Hope this helps :)
Inky & Trouble I’m so sorry my gecko let me pick him up in 2 days and the girl in one I didn’t force them o just let them get used to my hand by putting in the cage
Everyday Geckos cool! 😁 thankfully we can pick him up now haha 😆
@@ratweekly6160 lol my leo was chill the very first time we saw him lol
leaving my hand in the tank seems to actually work ok for getting my gecko out, but it takes forever lol I'm on month 3 of having my gecko, but I think I'm going to try scooping him out and seeing what he does
Saroni Macaroni for my gecko i put either 1 or 2 fingers under his belly and he’ll just climb up but im not sire if thats just because he is used to me
They’re such a sweet little lizard and I love them so much
@@twigstheshifter3643 My gecko also does that so I feel like I should be able to give it a try
@@twigstheshifter3643 I just want to say that Scoop is a wonderful name!
Got my lil baby today !!
I’m screaming with happiness
🥺💖💖
I use to strongly dislike leopard geckos but my fiance decided we needed one. So now we have one and it was literally stole my heart 🥺 baby already gets so excited when I tell it good morning so this definitely will help me get baby to enjoy handle time 🤗 thank you!
The fact that they think of their tank as "home" shouldn't have made me tear up but it did
This is very useful . I have had my gecko for a while but i have never been able to really get him to trust me or realise that I am not a harm . I am literally about to try this now update in a min
He preferred the scoop technique when I picked him up and I will keep working on the handling everyday
Everything she says is genuinely true :) It takes time. No gecko is the same
ah awesome to hear it worked :D
very useful video! i’ve had mine for around a year now, she’s gotten a lot better with handling but I feel like she’s always trying to look for a way to get away from me..
I had my gecko for about a year and make him watch Chopped with me on the reg. He does not appreciate it.
😋 Have a good day ☺️
I'm glad I'm not alone in this. My gecko Loki seems to tolerate me some days but other times he seems terrified!
Kimberly Lynn that was really cute thank you for sharing that 🥺 it’s definitely harder to adjust to how geckos act when you’ve owned a dog before haha
You: *tries to pick up iggy
Iggy: autobots roll out
Iggy?? *Giorno's theme starts playing*
Just got my first leopard gecko today!! Your videos have helped my confidence as a gecko owner so much and helped me make the best decisions for my gecko! Just wanna say thanks so much for everything you do!
same I literally just got mine. and am now watching a bunch of videos about them
@@katherinesulman2303 So happy for you! Keep learning and doing your best for the little guy! It's really important to develop good habits in the beginning; they'll be helpful along your entire gecko-owning journey! Best of luck, you got this! (P.S. did you find a name for them yet? I named my little dude Pato, or duck in Spanish lol)
@@bean8703 I got mine a week ago he just stays in his hot hide all day and only comes out to eat and poop has only been in his other hides like once he has 4 of them
@@bean8703 I named mine lilo and you pronounce it lylo
So cute!
aww no problem :) Yeah I can imagine all the stuff at the beginning with meds and all could put him off, but I am glad he's warming up to you :D
OmG mine is a rescue to!
Thank you again and Happy Holidays!
aw thank you so much :) Happy Holidays to you too :)
I just got my first leopard gecko in years. I had one for 14 years, and when she passed I was deviated (RIP armentia) So I finally, 3 years later, have finished grieving and got a new baby, named Tiki! This video is very helpful for me, sense it’s been so long. Thank you!
I looooooooooooooove all of your terrarium decor!! It’s so cool! I wish I could get that!!
Do I have a leopard gekko : nope
Do I want one : yes
Will my mum let me: no
Am I watching anyway: yes
Lol, keep working on it! My dad said no a couple months ago, and Mushu is currently sleeping in his terrarium.
Lion Animations aha o will
King Mati ayyyyyyyyyyy!
It took me 4 years to convince my mom
RileySmileyPlays it took me 4 years to convince my mum to get me a hamster and I’m ready to do it again for a gecko 😂😂
Love ur videos u help me so much im going to get a leopard gecko soon
Aw thank you :) good luck!
Thank you so much for the info I currently have what I think is a 3 month old leopard gecko and If anyone is reading this I strongly recommend a leo as a pet because they make great companions and are hilarious
Loved this video! I mean I like them all and they are all useful, but this one had a relaxed feel about it and the hands on seeing you interact with your geckos is great 😁
Thank you 😊
I’ve had my juvenile leopard gecko for a little over a week now, I haven’t handled him at all for a week so that he gets used to his new enclosure, and I make sure he is eating properly.

REALLY enjoying your factual yet compassionate approach to your UA-cam work. Thank you!
Hi ! I'm new and I am planning on getting a leopard gecko. I have done a lot of research and thanks to you I know a lot. Thanks! 😊
First started watching your videos when I got my leopard gecko when she was a few weeks old and now she’s 2 years!
I might be getting a leopard gecko soon, so ive been binge watching your “How To” videos 😂😂😂
My boy bobo just lets me grab him and cradle him. He never moves unless he's spooked. Which is rare
Kinda same for mine to
My parents are getting me a gecko this friday im so exited :))) i want to make her as happy as possible!
My Leo is a baby and I got him a month ago every time I’ve handled him( One or two times) he hissed. He’s a lil sassy boy
instead of handeling him just keep your hand in his tank
I got my first leopard gecko because of you 😂 I’ve only spent around $350 but it is totally worth it
Lol just realised, you have the same vivaruim as my new leopard gecko! (I haven’t got him or her yet, because of coranavirus)
Have you got them yet
I just got my first gecko and it helped so much already!❤ thank you!
My challenge is I'm so short and my gecko is in a tank with a top opening
i got my leo Quill today and hes super skittish and shy, so i’m trying to find the best way to introduce him to handling when he’s been here for a bit. this video is great, thank you!!
Hi, i need help. I live in Finland and its very cold here. During the day, temperature in my Leo's tank is around 30°C
But when night comes, temperature falls to 15°C. How can i keep temperature in my gecko's tank during the night.
Thank you.
Ah chilly. I keep the heat on 24/7 to be honest. If the air drops a lot at night then you could always install a ceramic heat emitter.
This helped a lot! I just got my first leopard gecko a couple months ago and I’ve been having issues taming her. Thank you!
No problem :D Hope it helps :D
I've never seen your gecks in such anti-social moods! Want me to sneek you over some hornworms? Maybe that'll get em to cooperate next time!
haha ikr, they were just like 'nope, not today!'
Leopard geckos have always been my favorite and dream pet, I’m finally getting one and I’ll call it Apollo
Me: Gets Gecko
Also Me: picks it up immediately
Me Again: Watches this video
Me: Dang
SAME
yes i've picked him up several times without knowing this im glad i watched this .
Why am I watching this my gecko is already chilling on my shoulder-
Getting my first gecko this weekend. A little nervous as I just want to give one an amazing home. Your channel is amazing and has driven me to finally get one. You dont need me to tell you how brilliant you are but I'll say it anyway your brilliant!!!
Whenever i put my hand in the cage my gecko aproaches it like it food
😂
Hey I love your channel and I got my gecko just yesterday and I’m super happy that I found you . I can now give my gecko the happy life that he deserves .
Me: Woundering why Bud (my gecko) is not used to me after so long
Also me: carries him like once a month...
I’m hopefully getting a leopard gecko soon 🥰 there so cute TwT
I LOVE your channel even though I don't have any geckos. I have a ball python and a bearded dragon, and your channel has taught me a ton about supplementation and feeder insects. I might be getting a crested gecko soon though!
I just handled my friends gecko for the first time and I already knew how to do it because I knew how to handle snakes, so it’s similar
i’m literally a couple days away from getting my first leopard gecko (squishy dino)!! i’m so excited, i’ve always dreamed of getting one, then i found out that it’s really easy to take care of them which is awesome for me because it’ll make the time that i’m at home a less stressful and give me a reason to work and make sure my space/s are clean.
he’s around 7 years old already i believe, and i cannot wait to meet lil gaza (gary)!! i’ve already given him a nickname lol, but i’m hoping that clicking method will work with introducing myself to him, and just generally getting him used to me.
this video was super helpful thank you so much! btw, i love gizmo haha! she’s so cuteeeee 🥰🥰
if you like your drum, do not sit on your drum
I'm about to cry literally thank you. Got my gecko 3 days ago lord scale bottom wasn't eating and seemed stressed after I scooped them they stayed calmly for a while and when I put them in the tank they ate seven worms!! I'm literally so happy!
Nice! Keep in mind that worms shouldn’t be their main diet
I've watched this before, but figured I should rewatch it. Just ordered my first leo.
Thanks I might get my first pet a leopard gecko and I’m going to try this if I get it!❤
I’m getting a leopard gecko today! They are baby’s and very skittish so I must watch this!
I’m going to get my leopard gecko this weekend this is my first time getting a gecko since I have gotten a bearded dragon in the past, I’m really excited to take care of him or her.
Thank you for the video I got to hold him!! He sat on my shoulder and didn’t skitter away!!
ah perfect :D
Yes I just got one and it worked really fast he was a bit stressed first but then he was really peaceful thanks for the help ❤️❤️
Me an Lima will keep watching and learning from you!
aw thanks so much :D
Ive really been wanting to give my leopard gecko a hug.
I’m in love with their enclosures! OMG! 😍😍🥰
I am going to adopt a leopard gecko after Christmas! This vid will really help
Ah brilliant :) Good Luck!
I’m going to be getting a gecko soon, so this video really helped!
I'm getting a leopard gecko so im watching your videos for tips, Thanks!
Thanks so much in about a month I will be gettting one and it’s been so hard to find credible sources
All your tanks are so well decorated
@9:42 I laughed wayyyy to hard at this. Legit tears in my eyes. I love the personalities of this species!
Great video. Thanks. I'm babysitting a gecko and he is beautiful. This video helped me to handle him better. Thank you.
Leopard Gecko awww omgg. Babies are just so jumpy it can’t be helped!
Thank you for all Videos it all helped a Lot truly
just got my own leopard gecko finally, so thankful you released this video on the same day! this is something i’ve been worried about and now i feel more at ease lol
ah perfect :) hope it helps :D
This what amazing and extremely useful! My gecko loves me now!

@@RootBeerBilly i use a 5.0 uvb light and i have mesh so he isnt getting too overloaded with uvb.
I’m getting my leo tomorrow!! Your videos have been so helpful, seeing as I have never owned a reptile. Thank you so much!!
Thanks for the video The Freem Team just got a Leopard Gecko & we love her 🙌🏼🧡
i’m just glad that it’s not me! my little buddy Dwight has climbed onto me by himself twice, but the issue is putting him back in the tank and keeping him by me instead of running off of my bed and underneath a desk. He’s super nervous but I’ve only had him for about a month, he gets spooked by me and my family a lot. I hope he’ll get used to me, I want him to know he’s safe with me, but we’ll have to work on it some more!
