FOREVER annoyed we did not get to see Anthony and Kathani's wedding! It makes NO sense! Her Indian wedding dress would have been incredible 😭😭. Always love your S2 takes, its easily the best season 😍😍😍
Lady J, you’re eye makeup is looking impeccable as ever!! And every time you make a video about Bridgerton, I get the compulsion to go rewatch s2 just to feel something. I neeeed Sophie’s season now.
I wanted to recommend a show to you after seeing this video. I don't remember if you've ever mentioned watching Cdramas, but if that is something you are interested in I highly recommend 'Blossom' it's currently airing so I can't give a full and finally review number scale wise, but it is 100% for the romance girlies. 34 episodes(only 40 minutes long) bit of a slow burn, fated, "enemies" to lovers vibe. The director is doing an amazing job. The attention to detail and lighting needs to be the norm in dramas, but alas feels more like a unicorn production. Even if you don't make content from watching it highly recommend just from one production nerd to another. It's not currently on Netflix, but is on VIKI. I think/hope you will enjoy it.
It's been a year, time to talk about it: what the hell is up with Ben's apartment? The giant wrench from his mom, the chained ATM, the serial killer vibe... what was the point of this confusing piece of visual storytelling?!! (Insert Daniel Craig meme: It doesn't make sense but it compels me)
His entire character makes a (well deserved) mockery of finance bros. He’s always telling unhinged stories of things he’s done or been around because he worked at Goldman. 😂 The giant wrench is a reference to his mother, he explains it to Bea when she first comes over and asks about it. 🔧
@@LadyJeneviabut that doesn't make any sense! Was his mother an engineer? Why was the wrench comically large and unused? Same with the atm! Was he cosplaying a finance bro, or was he parodying that lifestyle to himself, enough to spend money on it. I think that was all done for that cliché quote. I'm picking the movie apart cause I enjoyed it and find its inconsistencies funny
@ I think part of it becomes demystified if you’re more aware of Will Gluck as a storyteller. He’s very into being meta and referential, and he also loves to more fully develop secondary characters. Think: the funny parents in Easy A, or Woody Harrelson in Friends with Benefits 😂
YOu might like knowing that my niece got my daughter to finally watch Bridgerton and she now is ready for season 4 and disappointed it's not out until next year.
@@LunaWitcherArt Hahaha, well an important thing to remember is the bigger picture. I even said in a video leading up to the release that I didn’t care if I ended up finding it mid because ultimately I wanted it to be a big hit at the box office so that more studios would greenlit modern literary adaptation rom coms. I ended up really enjoying it but even if I had ended up feeling “meh” about it I would’ve been relieved it was the clear, undisputed victor of that holiday season at the box office. Unfortunately, the people in charge of things don’t care about the more meaningful reasons why we love rom coms, they need to see money signs or else they’ll throw it away and we’re stuck with cheap, ugly direct-to-streaming rom coms. 😗 It’s become trendy on UA-cam to bash it and more or less every time UA-cam tries to recommend me a video lambasting ABY I remove it from my feed because if the viewers who supposedly “want more rom coms” decide that the best use of their time is trash-talking one of the very few rom coms that’s been a theatrical smash hit in recent years, I have nothing to say to them. 😂

There's a 360 kiss cam in season 2 for Kate and Anthony's first kiss in the church.

14:04 yes, I will take Door 3. I want people in creative fields to get properly compensated.
We have NO ART to enjoy without the labour of the people who work under gruelling conditions to bring it to life. They deserve better!

Two years, or maybe more like 1.5 since we don’t know the exact month of release. Taking FOREVER because of corporate shenanigans in show business! 😆
@@LadyJenevia good lord...do they not like having fan base that remains subscribed???
Girlie I'm gonna watch this movie because of you and if it is not as good as you are making it out to be I WILL riot, okay
