Just- You've got this all-powerful god character, who can literally end someone with a single command,
and then just him getting called a bully lol

...he asks the all-powerful server god.
Honestly though, given Foolish's character arc which focuses on him realizing that he's not as powerful as he thought he was and him having serious trouble to deal with the fact that he is not immortal, this plot point is actually perfect for him.
It on one hand fits with his established motif of wanting to be someone great, a being known (and in certain instances feared) for being more than a mere mortal while simultanously working wonderfully with his cheerful, expressive and often humorous personality.
(Plus, he really could use an elytra for his building projects, of course.)
This animatic takes the more comedic element to Foolish's character and uses it to its advantage, choosing an artstyle that fits the tone just wonderfully.
Apart from the art and the designs being great (I especially like the detail of how Dream XD's smile appears when he's amused), you went creative with expressions and body language, giving the video character - and the entire thing is fully colored at that!

It's funny how every time XD successfully trolls foolish the D makes a laughing face showing how he's laughing at him really neat design concept
The sibling energy is amazing
DreamXD acts like a older brother bullying his little brother, while Foolish is the little brother being annoyed but amazed at everything his older brother does
I actually loved this..iv never really kept up with the Dream SMP, but I'm interested now... This looks so good, and 5.3 k in two hours, let's gooooooooo

One of the most relatable things I’ve heard all day-
From what I understood, dreamXD wanted a statue that reached the height limit, and in doing so would either open up an entirely new realm for Foolish to "rule over"/build in or give him wings to achieve flight.

Their interactions and this whole plot arc with foolish and dreamxd are my favorite dynamic in the entire smp and no one can change my mind

I've always seen DreamXD as an oversimplified version of Dreams skin, more of a human and at the same time more of a robot, nice
it's even better since they're canonical siblings
This feels like two brothers having a conversation for the first time in twenty decades and they rant their frustrations with each other

Okay but the art is just epic?? like the way foosh gets visibly damaged after getting struck by lightning?? i laughed so hard when the end portal opened - the way you displayed it was so cool!!also i like how you burned the elytra, fire is hard to draw but you managed and got it spot on

The idea of a minor god doing things for a major god to be promoted is a interesting concept, interested to see where it goes

Fun fact: the reason why foolish is a pacifist (hence he proposed to XD to use words instead of Actions) is because a few hundred thousand of years ago when his God character was a teen he used his power to create pain and destruction and earned the title of Totem of death, he then felt horrible for the pain he caused and changed to completely, turning into a pacifist and used his power for good or only when he needed it, turning from totem of death to totem of revival, it may simbolize that he reborned completely and changed as a person and so "revive" wich would be pretty interesting to see from this prospective.
