Dual flush toilet flapper fix, sarro hard water buildup DIY (Merida, Yucatan, Mexico)

Hard water buildup called sarro in Spanish, needs to be cleaned at a minimum of every six months off of the mechanical parts and flapper of your toilet to keep it from leaking and not only wasting water, causing other problems to your water system and toilet such as toilet bowl, streaking and excessive water pump where and tear from constant priming of your system.
