How much does the trailer weigh and what size engine in the Volvo.. Also what is the max tongue weight capacity for the Volvo.
We were just under the limit but 80 mph up hill and 110 degree heat was just not smart, cost me 5,000 dollars.
Small gradient? or was it a large hill.
Leaving phx going to prescott, so about 3000ft elevation change. To long .
I know you like the Volvo, but you are really pushing the limits, its not only the trans and engine being put to the test , its the rear end, what does the Volvo say anout tongue weight for the Volvo.
Like I said we were within limits of all towing limits, tongue weight included. Believe me if you knew the hill i'm talking about you'd understand.
