Ok i was in a wheelchair only for a few months ( while healing from a feature tibia ) but u a fulltime wheelchair user how do u deal with long hrs of sitting ??
I am not a wheelchair that my dream wheelchair would be black and red that would want to be able to do wheelies go down hills and even the bike with it sounds fun to do.
I so wished I could hold a wheelie I can just about pop a smalllll curb I have the quickie xenon 2 which is a folding chair but feels more like a rigid I have the swing away version which doesn’t look as sleek as the fixed front which I do regret I’d love a quickie helium or argon to try The smart drive with the freewheel would be perfect I think that’s my plan anyway I have the freewheel but struggle to steer it (im rubbish at self propelling anyway hence why I have a power chair to ) I’d also like to try loop wheels to I love how you can transfer I can still stand and walk (main issue is pain and fatigue ) but if I needed to transfer ina be out of car and seats and from floor etc I’d be buggered 😂
Not heard of the brand before, I've always had quickie ones since I needed to use a chair. Think they do a superlight krypton which I think the frame is about 3 and a half kilos or something like that, Im quite lucky here, I have an argon 2 for every day use, with loopwheels and any day now a freewheel coming soon and I cannot wait to go out and use it. Do you not have help through local wheelchair services? Or do you just prefer to buy yourself and so on? (I know if you want something different, it's a voucher for a really small amount considering the time of the prescription)
Hi wheelsnoheels, do you use the term 'interabled couple'? i find it a bit strange as yes im disabled and my wife walks but we are human, i see other channels using it what do you think?
Have you seen the series Speechless? If you haven’t check out the trailer. It’s about a guy with cerebral palsy and it’s a really funny comedy about how it is to live in the world using a wheelchair or living with a disability
At the moment I am cursed with the bog standard NHS folding wheelchair that is way to big for me, doesn’t even have removable wheels and it’s steal so heavier than I like to think about. I don’t have the finances to buy one just now and my therapist and I are in a good natured battle of wills as to if my next chair is manual (what I want) or powered (what she thinks is probably best). Given me being on the shielded list is curtailing me trying to keep myself moving both out of and in the chair and the nature of my condition means that what ever mobility I loose will be gone forever I am thinking my therapist is likely to come out the victorious but I am stubborn and that pigheaded nature has kept me going longer under my own power for longer than medics predicted so I’m doing all I can to make my dream lightweight active chair a reality!
My oldest one which isn't in the video is over 20 years old. And my brother in law who got chronically ill used it when he was really ill. So we have kept it in the family. Then the second one is for upstairs in my house. So its not an option. However, if I was ever in a position to, i would donate it. x

Why do you always edit out the spokes of your chairs? It looks really odd lol... I'm not a hater, by the way. I actually really enjoy and appreciate your content and hard work 🌼
powerbike over the smart drive??? the smartdrive is everyday life. you could face some issues with the powerbike like turning.if you turn into a door in ur normal chair youre ok but you have to make adjustments with that bike. the powerbike is more of a outdoorsy type of person not normal use but the smartdrive omg everyday use except in the home. you have no need to use it at home but going thru the airports, fleamarkets gorcery stores malls it is a life saver...

I have the quickie xenon 2 which is a folding chair but feels more like a rigid I have the swing away version which doesn’t look as sleek as the fixed front which I do regret
I’d love a quickie helium or argon to try
The smart drive with the freewheel would be perfect I think that’s my plan anyway I have the freewheel but struggle to steer it (im rubbish at self propelling anyway hence why I have a power chair to )
I’d also like to try loop wheels to
I love how you can transfer I can still stand and walk (main issue is pain and fatigue ) but if I needed to transfer ina be out of car and seats and from floor etc I’d be buggered 😂
I have a freewheel and a smart drive and they work great together (I have a quickie argon2)!
“I accept no responsibility” ME AF
How do you attach your luggage bag to the back of wheelchair?
I just hooked the handle over my push handles. it was fine just from the car to check in, but not if you were traveling by train or something longer
I'll have to make a whole video on if a smart drive is right for someone. Theres alot to choose from and take in
That would be very helpful.
Hi wheelsnoheels, do you use the term 'interabled couple'? i find it a bit strange as yes im disabled and my wife walks but we are human, i see other channels using it what do you think?
What you do snow
lovley it xx
Have you seen the series Speechless? If you haven’t check out the trailer. It’s about a guy with cerebral palsy and it’s a really funny comedy about how it is to live in the world using a wheelchair or living with a disability
I almost got that wheelchair that’s your dream one but I got the sub 4 instead due to how light it is
@@morgancalvi6675 you can add a Tarta back I think
what is the name of that wheelchair which is rigid but also foldable? really looking into wheelchairs right now
okay i guess i found it already

The freewheel runs so much smother on say a Stone road
I think, You and I Would get along well.
Why do you have 3 chairs? Would u ever considering donating one of them if you were able to?

Hey there Gem, I am just an ordinary German girl, who watches your videos on a regular basis. ;) I'm also in a chair and a huge fan of ur content! 💗 I've just read an article on wikiHow of "How to use a Wheelchair" and it's clear to see that those people literally had no idea.
Btw here is the link: www.wikihow.com/Operate-a-Wheelchair-Safely-Outdoors
I wonder, if you are interested in doing a video and right the wrong. ;)
I guaranty, it will definitely make you laugh..... a lot! ;)
Anyways, keep up the great content. I've learned a lot! ;)
Can't wait to do this! I've only just started my channel so I misses out on this. Please check it out! Ill be doing this soon ❣
Tag me on instagram so I can share it :)
@@Wheelsnoheels I will once I've made the challenge video x
0:52 You said wheelchair 5 times.
2:50 How is that controversial?
10:24 I have one and you are so right!
12:11 Might she have been a bit high...in the wrong sense of the word?
The “awkward-excitement” pose on all your thumbnails makes me wanna push my ti-lite ZR right off a cliff. It literally prevents me from watching any video you have. If that’s your sell, I’m not buying 😎🌴
