Hi, I don't know of any of these for rent currently. But if you have dates set, you can probably find something similar.

This is their 13th project and nearly sold out in just a few months so I guess not everyone thinks the same ?

No .. why buy a place when you cannot own the land ? ...... yea, I know the "shady" way ... and no way would I put in a Thai gals name ....
Everyone is different and there are plenty of foreign buyers who are happy to either put the land in their Thai partner's name and house in their own name, or register a 30 year lease on the land, as evidenced by the fact that this development is now 34 out of 54 sold in just a few months and is just one of dozens of projects in the area that sell mainly to foreigners.
