It's not all juice, it's mostly the water that is pumped into them during the manufacturing process: however, if they're cooked from thawed, there will not be nearly so much juice/water flowing from them. I never, ever put sausages on the top shelf personally...
You never put your sausages on the top shelf? What a curious cultural difference in meaning! Completely agree re-water though, only the best from the butchers and farmers, never from the supermarket.
I never dug out the NuWave oven......but in March I bought the Robert Irvine halogen. First thing I cooked was a 13.10lb whole turkey in it. Best turkey I've ever had. A few weeks later, I bought a Fagor halogen.... So now I have two.
+J Swain i have a fagor too! my glass bowl broke and fagor sent me a new one, the best is making hard boiled eggs without water! 400F for 10minutes bottom rack
+NBAGOATS Haha, because I have two others that I use , a Fagor and a Robert Irvine, which are almost identical to each other. [This particular post of mine [above] is linked from another TSK video using the NuWave oven, so it may seem a bit confusing] I like the bowl-style much better than the lid-style.
J Swain I baked brownies for my kids in mine today. Unbelievable brownies. My wife was a negative nanny saying it wouldn't work and i've proven HER WRONG with every recipe, from fried chicken to brownies and everything in between. LIFE IS GOOD

I don't have this oven, but a similar infrared one. Haven't used it in years, but I need to drag it out now.
+J Swain How can you not use this oven????? I use this thing everyday of my miserable life! The only joy I have.
