Brother can you share your experience I mean what issues you overcame with hypnosis ?
I feel they both offer something. Talk therapy for me has been incredible for providing the tools I need to navigate my daily life, and for problem solving and recognising healthy relationship patterns in potential friends, partner and workplaces. It's helped me immensely in ways hynosis could not, it offers skills and getting to know your own mind and how to have your needs met. It's one thing to reprogram your subconscious with hypnosis but it's another thing to know how to ask for help and support and to take steps towards seeing your goals through. Marisa has let it slip that she too has a therapist... but you wouldn't know that if you aren't 'actively listening', another skill talk therapy offers.

After how many self hypnosys sessions we start feeling changes and how many times a day do we have to do it? I have gastritis and it gives me an anxiety feeling. Thank you!
This was a funny one, because as I was looking in my closet at all my second hands and hand me downs (my awesome friends give me lots of cool stuff!) I was laughing cuz I love it. Still got the point, just had to modify what’s valuable to me in this lesson.

I have not really upgraded since the tiny trailer i lived in as a baby. I might rather take me and the kid to a future home, where we have upgraded.. instead.
