Have the 4.0d in white and with individual merino cream leather and piano black dash inserts. This one looks nice too and I like the sunshades. Nice performance about 310bhp I think. Nice cars when they don’t break down although I think LCI may be more reliable

The 8-cylinder models also get these exhaust, and indeed, only the cars equipped with the m-sport package get these exhaust (but only after the facelift, before that they also had the small exhausts!)

Although, BMW has a plant in Russia (near Kalingrad) where they assemble several BMW-series, and from 2015 also the (new) X5.

I agree with you that the car is very expensive, but if you buy a "young used car" (typically about 1 year old, with 10.000 to 25.000 kilometers) you can save between 30 to 40% of the list price.
Then such cars are within the reach of more people.

Typically, well thought out design and high German quality. Typically, very expensive and the options available make the cars out of reach for the many. I guess you get what you pay for.
