Small town America now. No jobs. South Georgia is part of the gnat belt. The library is called "take a book leave a book:" They're just about everywhere,. We have on in our neighborhood n the north Ga. mountains. Kids love it.

These towns were from the 40s and 50s and 60s and 70s started decline in 80s. When that generation died.
