On android devices after you reset the network settings you need to restart the device. Then reconnect to the wifi. Otherwise it will never fix the issues.

Not necessarily. I fixed it by disabling my 2.4 ha wireless, so ther is only 5hz. My internet settings was my problem. For some reason phone couldn’t connect but my iPad could.

None of these solutions or others actually work. Samsung appear to have modified android and screwed it up!
Bin it and buy something without Samsung on the case!

Please help my phone connects to all other wifi without problem but cannot connect to the wifi of my place of work... it connects when the camera is on if the camera stops working my internet also stops

Too bad my other phone won't connect to our wifi and even my neighbours wifi i tried the scanning method, reseting and still wont work. cause the only reason is that the phone work fine until they change the lcd and that's how thing won't connect to wifi so i think is the technicians fault.
