    Hi Chef, this looks absolutely amazing. I know you posted this a long time ago, go but can you recommend alternatives for gelatine, cream, ice cream, mozzarella? For vegan and alkaline diets. Would love to cook this and two of my guests are as said. Would be great to cook n present something other than salad. Thanks Chef

    To fill a bottle with a gel, put it in a piping bag first then pipe into the bottle...

      He doesn’t do amounts which he explains in a video. I would like an ingredient list but he doesn’t want to add it. Not the end of the world though. Such a good channel.

      I am not posting recipes for a reason. I dont like this way of teaching. Exact recipes dont give you anythig in long term. You can check out video on my channel where I explain why.

    As always your dishes and presentation are fabulous. I know you are reluctant to give specific written ingredients and quantities but, surely, that means that you have an obligation to make sure that the references you make in your videos to ingredients etc., are easily understood. While I acknowledge that your English is superb sometimes I can’t understand which ingredients you are referring to because of your accent, Could you not make sure that all of your videos have subtitles ?

      @@sesloajit5185 it’s not a rude comment and I didn’t want it taken that way. I’m just pointing out that the food is constantly handled. I understand he is not preparing it for the public. I like this channel, subscribe and look forward to the videos. It would be hard to eat food like this in a real restaurant knowing the food was touched like this by probably at least 5 different people. I’m happy to delete the comment if you wish.
