For those who consider walk to MRT station, it is not so easy & not advisable due to the road/path and the safety concern [with take away the weather condition], there will be MRT feeder bus service but you need to bear with the bus frequency.
Kitchen area is way too small for a 3 bedroom unit. Yes the width of the living and dining area is nice but it's not particularly functional. Have to spend a fair bit of money to reconfigure it for own stay.
agreed on the security thingy. i went here yesterday for bai nian and owner dont even need to register me. the guard house system looked very like low cost apartment. just wave ur hand u can masuk. what i did was i enter, drop my passenger, he just ask guard to open the lift door n tap to the floor he wanted to go. not sure if this is real hope some owner can lighten this up. there is no visitor registeration whatsoever, my passenger just went up like that lol
is petrol station near to a highrise that bad? tbh i dont mind with the additional traffic caused by it , rather the convenient store somehow gives convenient for me
Exactly, unless you are super rich and live in super condo with monthly maintenance fee in the thousands, low density is a minus point not a plus point as the property is guaranteed to be badly maintained after a few years due to insufficient fund.

I was told kuchai sentral residence (the new project Sean pointed to) will take over and redevelop into part of Kuchai Sentral's commercial area. But that was like a year or two ago, didn't see any movement
