Roger Owens reunites with former student at Steinway Hall London

During a recent visit to Steinway Hall London, Roger Owens, Head of Instrumental Music, had a heartwarming reunion with one of his former students after 7 years. As they caught up, Rob, the former student, enthusiastically shared his distinctive specialization at the Steinway factory, demonstrating how graduates can explore a diverse range of job opportunities post-graduation.
We are lucky to have this apprentice turned expert dedicating his talent here at our esteemed UK factory.

That piano is from 1876? So it was 101 years old when I was born, 46 years ago. Amazing.

He looks miserable working at Steinway doesn’t look like he enjoys it much . All the time he had his head down , kind of like upset and disappointed in himself . Looks like he hasn’t even gotten his lunch break , or getting paid well ….
