What's so amazing about these Evolution videos is that they do it in ONE TAKE! Really appreciate you guys going down the rabbit hole. I'm so enjoying your continued amazement with this oh-so-talented group. Thank you!
You wanna see them REALLY in sync, go watch their cover of Gold. I legit showed that video to coworkers in a presentation once about teamwork and being in sync.
All of their evolution videos are crazy. Evolution of Rhianna, Ariana Grande, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, and throw in their 90's Dance medley.
All of the evolution videos are one takes. They do 4 runs and choose the best one to release as the official video. They just came out with a Taylor rSwift medley, but they haven't released a video yet. Yet

So glad you did this reaction! This was a “raw” performance by Pentatonix, I did not hear any studio effects (reverb, etc) so we got to hear them how they really sound and of course, they sound wonderful 😊. They are very skilled in transitions which is a talent unto itself. Loved it, thanks again! Keep Pentatonix comin’ ❤
If you guys like pentatonix, I recommend checking out voiceplay! They are also and a cappella group and they do a lot of medleys. I recommend their “boy bands in 5 minutes” and “the little mermaid medley”. Those are two of my favorites!

As many others have said, all of their Evolution/Medley videos are excellent!!! Michael Jackson, Rinanna, Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Top Pop Vol. 1, 90’s Dance. Superfruit (Scott and Mitch’s side project) also does some excellent medleys: Empire, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Frozen.

The " Evolution of..." videos are really good ones to watch if you want to see/hear what the individual members are doing during the songs. They're short enough to watch multiple times, concentrating on a different member each time, watching as they move from harmony to lead and back again.
BTW: this video starts in the 11th century with a Gregorian chant; the 1600s is the 2nd stop.
