The King And Odie: Alternate Segment Intro

Audio sounds like the usual intro for the K&O cartoons as seen on "King Leonardo And His Short Subjects," but the picture portion is completely different from the version usually seen. Looks like essentially the same thing, but lip movements do not line up. Was this just taken from one of the cartoons and matched up with the intro audio?
(Sorry about the quality on this -- this is from an old UAV "Underdog Super Series" VHS tape from 1991 and even when they were brand new, it was practically impossible to get the tracking right so there would be no snow in the image.)

The narrator of this opening segment is..Allen Swift..the voice of "King Leonardo"is..Jackson Beck.

This is actually a first season "bumper" (1960-'61), which led into the first "King and Odie" segment on every half-hour episode of "KING LEONARDO AND HIS SHORT SUBJECTS". This, however, has the soundtrack from the second season version...
