Hi Jamie it was a little difficult to see, for me anyway, but that looked like a variation of the Allbright knot. That is my knot choice and I use it for beachcasting and it has never let me down and if it works for billfish it’s good. Being honest tho’ I don’t often use a leader in freshwater unless it’s over mussel beds to prevent cut off’s or similar or extreme range with heavy leads, regards Bill

I appreciate the video Jaime, I know the video you carn't see the final bit pulling tight but you get the general idea. Anyone with a bit of knowledge on tying a knot won't have any problems with this one. Used this one today fishing the trent with braid for the first time. Thanks again

Have you made a diagram of that by chance? Looks like a truncated Albright knot, would it work for mono to mono shock?
Can I ask that you do this again but using thicker material, and stay in close. Lost it with the panning in and out during the instructions

Why the distant plan?

You see all the knot tying, the close up was quicker than the wide shot (two different takes) so we cut to the wide shot just while he was talking. Showing knot tying is really difficult to show :(
@@ifishmatrix you might show all the knot but coming in and out is very confusing, can you just put the knot bit up please

Don't waste your time with this video - you can't see and directions are too vague withou seeing.
am i just supper retarded or what? i spend like 1 hour + trying this and the knot just breaks...it looks like whenever mono line tag end pointing towards end of the tip the knot is strong but whenever it points towards reel, the knot just breaks with easy....is that the case? i dont get it can some one help please
Impossible to follow with the camera keep going to the guy, would have been far better if the camera had been kept on the hands, no need to see the guys face while he’s talking
