Pride month is dying slowly. Companies are quietly distancing themselves from pride events. Soon (hopefully) we can embrace all Americans as unique individuals and end focusing on sexual orientation and gender as a primary characteristic.

During the past 20 years, LGBT is all that I had known, and last year I just learned about the they added the Q+. Hey why don't they just add the Minus, Multiplication and Division symbols while they are at it. It's one thing to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Pansexual and Non-Binary, but being Transgender is taking too far. People don't have to change who they are just because they feel like they are in the body. Some people who go through the Transgender stage end up losing friends, because after they complete the transition., things change. Sadly, the friends don't want to be around them anymore and they lose the original person whom they came to know and love over the years.
It is important that we show love to those who may be lost or confused as the Buddha says to us in the Dhammapada:
Hatred does not cease by hatred, but only by love; this is the eternal truth.
Just to clarify, being non binary is still transgender… so why are you separating the two in your comment?

If they want to be recognized, do something good to the society as a whole instead of wining and spending hours putting heavy makeup (that is not a sign of being a real woman!).
Lol so we are making this video about transgender women? Plenty of trans women do not wear any more makeup than cisgender women use. As for the society part, transgender people have been helping the LGBTQIA+ community since we haven’t had the rights we deserved. That is massive contribution to the society right there. If you have a problem with trans women wearing makeup, simply grow up. You should not need to be so nit-picky about others lives and instead worry about your own.
