It was my final project for a class called Director's Workshop (RTF 366D). Me, Jon and everyone on the crew attend (or attended) The University of Texas at Austin. It's a great program, but there's no film school like just makin' films!

What they said! Also don't use sound from the camera if you can (unless you have an attachable mic). We had a sound mixer/boom operator running on a separate H4n we synced from later, and then we overlayed the room tone we got whenever we had to cover up sound cuts.
The point is we made it for a class; the assignment was to pick a scene from a book, play or film and adapt it with a focus on directing the actor's performances towards their wants & needs in the scene. In fact my teacher gave us an A, but he just sent me an email saying he saw your comment and now I have to take the class again :(
