I was glad to see you put that flashing above the beam. I'm in the process of replacing my beam and most of the joists. They rotted after only 15 years. The beam was not covered and water got in between the 2x8's and rotted them. All of the joists that get the most rain rotted as well. I coated the tops with FlexSeal this time. I know there's a tape you can buy, but I already had the FlexSeal. I think it'll work fine.
Nothing better than an old electric cement mixer. I remember my dad and I putting up forms for walkways, pilings for decks around our pool, and rebuilding a rock foundation on our old house. My brother still uses it today and it was bought new in the 70's. Definitely got our money worth out of it.
La terraza de madera es magnifica, trabajan muy bien su hogar desde los cimientos. Para mi es una gran alegria verlos chicos como hacen parte por parte su hermoso hogar.

Josh u really had fun with the water balloons. The children enjoying it.
Beautiful work. Love the way you guys working. You two are just great. Love your videos. Just beautiful souls.
I love how everyone comes together and have loads of fun 💕❤💗
I was glad to see you put that flashing above the beam. I'm in the process of replacing my beam and most of the joists. They rotted after only 15 years. The beam was not covered and water got in between the 2x8's and rotted them. All of the joists that get the most rain rotted as well. I coated the tops with FlexSeal this time. I know there's a tape you can buy, but I already had the FlexSeal. I think it'll work fine.
El que le pone “no me gusta” a este hermoso video es de envidioso simplemente!! Son unos genios!!
Translation : whoever puts dislike on this beautiful video is simply envious.... Y'all are geniuses.....
@@randycarrillo342 THANK YOU!
Nothing better than an old electric cement mixer. I remember my dad and I putting up forms for walkways, pilings for decks around our pool, and rebuilding a rock foundation on our old house. My brother still uses it today and it was bought new in the 70's. Definitely got our money worth out of it.
I recommended this when you first started. Great idea
Hats off to Carter and Hayden!!!!! Superb work my friends…just amazing!!!!!!
As usual you have gone the extra mile, I thought when you finished the deck you were going to relax on it. Very well done 😂👍🇬🇧
La terraza de madera es magnifica, trabajan muy bien su hogar desde los cimientos.
Para mi es una gran alegria verlos chicos como hacen parte por parte su hermoso hogar.
Josh is a class act lmao "Here's the thing, I'm gonna put him there and leave this guy here" lol funny guy
That's brilliant. Saves your foundation, posts & wear-n-tear under the deck. Nice!
Don’t forget the permanent cross bracing under the deck. Right now your deck is built on stilts with no bracing. Look at docks that go out over water to see the cross bracing.
docks experience side loads.
you guys are absolutely the most ingenious people I have ever seen love this idea have a great day all the way from moose creek Ontario Canada
A family that plays together stays together, love it, love it, love it.
