Hey Joe, I cannot stand cilantro! (Taste like spicy soap) does the flavor go away when it’s fermented or is it best to omit it if trying to recreate this recipe?
If you hate cilantro- I will say that the flavor of it completely milds out and mellows during the fermentation process. You could also leave it out, and still have an amazing sauce. This is completely customizable to YOU and what you enjoy. Get in and don’t be afraid to experiment a little
