Well he did get to attend Naruto’s wedding as his father in place of Minato. That was such an emotional moment. Iruka honestly singlehandly saved Naruto from the dark side. The speech in the forest he gave to the guy hunting Naruto was what turned Naruto’s heart to good.

yep they even brought in some sakuga animators to make shikamaru's episode look like a goddamn movie with the upgraded animation and stuff. if I'm gonna be honest it always felt like they did naruto dirty in his own show, like just compare how they animated the rasenshuriken/kakuzu scene (a very important scene) vs how they animated sasuke vs deidara (lowkey a pointless fight)

I felt like when naruto called out tsuna for letting jiraiya do something so risky was out of line. If anyone is hurting most it's Tsuna. They fought wars together for years for heaven's sake. They were together since they were little! She knew him more than anyone else on that village. she was like the naruto to sasuke with jiraiya. Not giving up on trying to save him even if he's already a "lost cause." She's even greater than naruto in a darker sense. She would go to the extreme. She was willing to kill another "comrade" for jiraiya! She was outright clear on her intent to kill orochimaru on that cave if he laid a finger on jiraiya when he suggested just mercykilling him. "Make one move. And I'll kill you in a heartbeat" Heck, that's even the exact moment the deadlock was born! Jiraiya is alive because of her! And to suggest that it was her fault that he's dead was way too much.
It depends on perspective. Naruto technically had a point. Do you believe if jiraiya was hokage he would of allowed tsunade to go out on this mission alone? Imo it’s just bad writing. Not that he died but that he was sent ALONE to spy on probably the biggest threat since madara or obito’s initial attack with kurama; and I doubt anyone thinks Jiraiya is stronger than Minato. Either way it was a bad decision on her part as hokage, Jiraiya would have to go rouge otherwise, if so itd just be his fault. Hell Jiraiya was likely weaker than Natuto at this point. So no one can say there weren’t even better solo options. Jiraiya only really has exp on his side, the relationship between he and Nagato/Konan clearly didn’t matter.

Bringing in another warm body would only raise suspicion and risk the mission to be discovered, and even risk a full blown war with them not knowing anything, if the leaf get caught spying. Part of the reason why he wanted to take that particular endeavour alone is he thought he knew his enemy. "I am one of the Legendary Sannin, you of all people should know what that means" she said to tsuna referring to hanzo and tsuna understood. They fought the leader themselves. Bringing in a 'lesser' ninja without their knowledge will only make him a liability. He went in, only to discover hanzo was already defeated and a new leader was in place. He was so surprised. Right then and there he should have returned or called for backup, knowing someone they had a hard time with was defeated by an even more powerful ninja, but he wanted more and pushed thru. It was too late when he decided on retreating. That was one of his mistake. Besides, the sannins have operated alone even before shippuden. Tsuna knows it's futile to argue with jiraiya, that's the point of the deadlock after all. Each one of them couldnt stop another doing their own thing. They cancel out each other. Even, orochimaru couldn't convince tsuna to help him with his hands, jiraiya couldn't also bring orochimaru back (that's why he spent years spying on him). Even jiraiya knows he cannot convince tsuna to become hokage. That's why he brought naruto with him, because he knows naruto has this gift of making people believe in themselves. I guess you can say, she allowed it, cause like you say he'd be branded as rogue. But not without help, she herself will go to his side "if anything happens, send one of your toads, I'll rush there immediately." the hokage herself offered to aide him. She was ready to die at his side, by suggesting there can be others who can become hokage and replace her like kakashi. But he refused that too And i beg to disagree that naruto was stronger than jiraiya at this point, in terms of skill. He hasn't learned sage jutsu which was crucial to defeating pains many bodies. Or even if he was stronger, he didn't know the enemy. The only reason he is stonger is because of the 9tales, which was also the point of learning sage justu. To tap another power instead of kurama, because he couldn't control it. Anyways, this has become a novel lol. What do you think jiraiya would say if naruto tried to stop him or if naruto suggested for anyone, including himself, to go with him to investigate?
I remember this, then can imagine how this emotions blow up, this happen when I just bought a new chapter in the Naruto manga, even though the picture was only black and white, the emotions of losing Naruto and the memory of Jiraiya in the previous chapters felt strong. After a few days I just saw this scene come out in the Naruto anime.
Genuinely one of my favorite scenes in the series. A lot of media has character death basically just has the main character be a bit hurt, only to channel that hurt into rage and beat the bad guy in the span of like, 15 minutes. Naruto does also have that, but this particular arc is a strong departure from that trope. Not only does Naruto visibly go through the 5 stages of grief over the course of several in-universe days, but by the end of the arc he learns a valuable lesson about being able to forgive those who personally wronged him-he learned to channel his *love* into improving the welfare of others in order to gain power, rather than channeling his hate into revenge, a lesson that inspired him to create world peace at all costs.
No matter whatever was the condition we haven't seen Naruto broken like this,he was the one who always motivates other but his grief really shows his immense attachment and love for Jiraya who was like a father to him 😓😓💔💔,,,the Great Jiraya❤️❤️

This is why Iruka-sensei and Shikamaru-kun are the closest and important characters to Naruto ever (excluding Jiraiya-sama and obviously Sasuke). They forged and built Naruto's Nindou.
Anyone else noticed how much Tsunade cared for Naruto? She didn't ask Jiraya to infiltrate this village, he did it by himself, she told him it's too dangerous to do it alone and she let Naruto believe she asked Jiraya to do it. Just because she felt responsible for it and because she knew Naruto needed someone to blame. Jiraya and Naruto were close but I think Tsunade had more faith in Naruto than Jiraya. Much more
Naruto's story is literally Is engraved in my soul. I passed it on to my children aswell so they all love it aswell! The story is amazing,happy,extremly sad sometimes but this one has so many motivation for even us humans to use. Naruto gave ALOT of good advice through this story. Masashi Kishimoto is a **** genius! I will still be watching Naruto even when im in my 80s.
Hardest part was seeing Tsunade take that small pause and cry. She knew that there was a good chance he’d die going by himself. Part of her wishes that she was wrong, but this time, Jiraya didn’t come back. Must be truly heartbreaking to lose a friend, especially considering they grew up and knew each other since times of war. And you can tell she doesn’t want to show emotion in front of Naruto, but it hurts her deeply.
I've seen this millions of times and each time, I cry as if it's my first😭It hits even hard now since I lost my brother recently. He was the one who got me into anime and pretty much everything I'm into. This series will always remind me of my big brother💜
Jiraiya is just the best naruto character, and probably in all anime. He was the glue of the Naruto plot connecting all of the important pieces together
The little moment at 6:05 naruto can really be a beautiful anime at times. Not just a badass action anime. Naruto and pokemon will forever be apart of my life and childhood.

Naruto‘s reaction to his main father figure, who spent two years of his life with, who he was best friends with, and constantly sought him out for approval and compassion death pales in comparison to shikamaru losing his teacher I feel like they did Naruto so dirty especially since Then, later in the day has the mental capacity to solve a complex code his late teacher and father figure left, using his dying breath
Shikamaru and Iruka played a big part in making naruto feel better even tho I agree that it was rushed
yep they even brought in some sakuga animators to make shikamaru's episode look like a goddamn movie with the upgraded animation and stuff. if I'm gonna be honest it always felt like they did naruto dirty in his own show, like just compare how they animated the rasenshuriken/kakuzu scene (a very important scene) vs how they animated sasuke vs deidara (lowkey a pointless fight)

I felt like when naruto called out tsuna for letting jiraiya do something so risky was out of line. If anyone is hurting most it's Tsuna. They fought wars together for years for heaven's sake. They were together since they were little! She knew him more than anyone else on that village. she was like the naruto to sasuke with jiraiya. Not giving up on trying to save him even if he's already a "lost cause." She's even greater than naruto in a darker sense. She would go to the extreme. She was willing to kill another "comrade" for jiraiya! She was outright clear on her intent to kill orochimaru on that cave if he laid a finger on jiraiya when he suggested just mercykilling him. "Make one move. And I'll kill you in a heartbeat" Heck, that's even the exact moment the deadlock was born! Jiraiya is alive because of her! And to suggest that it was her fault that he's dead was way too much.

Do you believe if jiraiya was hokage he would of allowed tsunade to go out on this mission alone? Imo it’s just bad writing. Not that he died but that he was sent ALONE to spy on probably the biggest threat since madara or obito’s initial attack with kurama; and I doubt anyone thinks Jiraiya is stronger than Minato.
Either way it was a bad decision on her part as hokage, Jiraiya would have to go rouge otherwise, if so itd just be his fault. Hell Jiraiya was likely weaker than Natuto at this point. So no one can say there weren’t even better solo options. Jiraiya only really has exp on his side, the relationship between he and Nagato/Konan clearly didn’t matter.
@@DivineMew Iirc, tsuna didn't want jiraiya going alone, but he insisted. Bringing in another warm body would only raise suspicion and risk the mission to be discovered, and even risk a full blown war with them not knowing anything, if the leaf get caught spying.
Part of the reason why he wanted to take that particular endeavour alone is he thought he knew his enemy. "I am one of the Legendary Sannin, you of all people should know what that means" she said to tsuna referring to hanzo and tsuna understood. They fought the leader themselves. Bringing in a 'lesser' ninja without their knowledge will only make him a liability. He went in, only to discover hanzo was already defeated and a new leader was in place. He was so surprised. Right then and there he should have returned or called for backup, knowing someone they had a hard time with was defeated by an even more powerful ninja, but he wanted more and pushed thru. It was too late when he decided on retreating. That was one of his mistake.
Besides, the sannins have operated alone even before shippuden. Tsuna knows it's futile to argue with jiraiya, that's the point of the deadlock after all. Each one of them couldnt stop another doing their own thing. They cancel out each other. Even, orochimaru couldn't convince tsuna to help him with his hands, jiraiya couldn't also bring orochimaru back (that's why he spent years spying on him). Even jiraiya knows he cannot convince tsuna to become hokage. That's why he brought naruto with him, because he knows naruto has this gift of making people believe in themselves.
I guess you can say, she allowed it, cause like you say he'd be branded as rogue. But not without help, she herself will go to his side "if anything happens, send one of your toads, I'll rush there immediately." the hokage herself offered to aide him. She was ready to die at his side, by suggesting there can be others who can become hokage and replace her like kakashi. But he refused that too
And i beg to disagree that naruto was stronger than jiraiya at this point, in terms of skill. He hasn't learned sage jutsu which was crucial to defeating pains many bodies. Or even if he was stronger, he didn't know the enemy. The only reason he is stonger is because of the 9tales, which was also the point of learning sage justu. To tap another power instead of kurama, because he couldn't control it.
Anyways, this has become a novel lol. What do you think jiraiya would say if naruto tried to stop him or if naruto suggested for anyone, including himself, to go with him to investigate?

I remember this, then can imagine how this emotions blow up, this happen when I just bought a new chapter in the Naruto manga, even though the picture was only black and white, the emotions of losing Naruto and the memory of Jiraiya in the previous chapters felt strong. After a few days I just saw this scene come out in the Naruto anime.

Genuinely one of my favorite scenes in the series. A lot of media has character death basically just has the main character be a bit hurt, only to channel that hurt into rage and beat the bad guy in the span of like, 15 minutes. Naruto does also have that, but this particular arc is a strong departure from that trope.
Not only does Naruto visibly go through the 5 stages of grief over the course of several in-universe days, but by the end of the arc he learns a valuable lesson about being able to forgive those who personally wronged him-he learned to channel his *love* into improving the welfare of others in order to gain power, rather than channeling his hate into revenge, a lesson that inspired him to create world peace at all costs.
When i was child and i watched this i cried, now i AM crying too.. Jiraya.. Koji Kushin baaaack 🥺

Here we are... Dont cry, dont cry.. And now I'm crying. This kind of support in your difficult times is something that cannot be forgotten. This is why Iruka-sensei and Shikamaru-kun are the closest and important characters to Naruto ever (excluding Jiraiya-sama and obviously Sasuke). They forged and built Naruto's Nindou.

She didn't ask Jiraya to infiltrate this village, he did it by himself, she told him it's too dangerous to do it alone and she let Naruto believe she asked Jiraya to do it. Just because she felt responsible for it and because she knew Naruto needed someone to blame. Jiraya and Naruto were close but I think Tsunade had more faith in Naruto than Jiraya. Much more

Naruto's story is literally Is engraved in my soul. I passed it on to my children aswell so they all love it aswell! The story is amazing,happy,extremly sad sometimes but this one has so many motivation for even us humans to use. Naruto gave ALOT of good advice through this story. Masashi Kishimoto is a **** genius! I will still be watching Naruto even when im in my 80s.

Hardest part was seeing Tsunade take that small pause and cry. She knew that there was a good chance he’d die going by himself. Part of her wishes that she was wrong, but this time, Jiraya didn’t come back. Must be truly heartbreaking to lose a friend, especially considering they grew up and knew each other since times of war. And you can tell she doesn’t want to show emotion in front of Naruto, but it hurts her deeply.
I've seen this millions of times and each time, I cry as if it's my first😭It hits even hard now since I lost my brother recently. He was the one who got me into anime and pretty much everything I'm into. This series will always remind me of my big brother💜
Jiraiya is just the best naruto character, and probably in all anime. He was the glue of the Naruto plot connecting all of the important pieces together
