He learned that I wanted to be a sniper in the Army like he was and taught me how to shoot long range for years. 4 years later I was 18 and sent off to basic training. I passed, came home, and we went shooting at his private range. About 4 months pass after I get to my duty station and I go through Sniper School. I pass with flying colors. A couple years ago he wrote a book, gave me a free copy and to my surprise I was part of it. Not just a single page, but a whole damn chapter. I cry whenever I read it. I miss him dearly.
I'm just upset that writers didn't have Naruto use at least 50% of sage mode without relying on kurama's chakra before he died, that way he would've had the same control like in shippuden. Also it was stated during the war that sage mode works on otsutski, hell even hinata went toe to toe with toneri for a bit till Naruto stepped in. Sage mode should have been his final form and the other forms are just multipliers, sure it's not as good kurama, but if only he trained more and given time😞
