I had the same problem with the Gloucester festival booking, but eventually they came back to me and was able to pay … that said I couldn’t get backing tables but I’ve been in this situation before and never had a problem getting backing tables at the actual events!

That's reassuring. I hope they will get back to me as I've emailed several people now with no response yet in over 36hrs.
