The positivity the worker moved when the man with the camera ask him about why he is parked in handicap without handicap plaque.
Yeah this is cool. he is working at height so it reduces the risk of something dropping on someone. It also protects him from someone mounting the curb and smashing him off his ladder.

They'll move out. Two minutes later a cop will park there and go looking for the nearest donut shop.
